This is a real review! If I could give 10 stars I sure would! The people here are professional, fast, and care about your HVAC needs, no job is too big or small, let me tell you. I was an office manager for 2.5 years at Riverbed Technology and had to utilize them often and glad I had them in my speed dial. They were great at troubleshooting, making sure to get get everything done correctly with precision and care. They are organized from their appointment scheduling, arrival on scene to following up with their work. The techs are all friendly, the office staff are superb. If I find myself needing a job at any point, I want to work for them!

After trying different companies do to a heating issue we had at our school, we decided to reach out to ATS. They came highly recommended from a previous school I worked for, and also uses them. We had had several issues with our heating system on our campus. This resulted in many upset parents. We had several technicians from other companies come out, but at no prevail. Reaching out to ATS was the best decision we could have made. Their response time was impeccable as was their customer service. They took the time to listen to my concerns and address them all. I explained to them that as a private school we are governed by certain licensing codes and we needed to have this issue fixed as soon as possible, or we could be sited with a sever infraction. From my first point of contact to the end of the job, everyone I interacted with at ATS was kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. The amount of time from my first call to actually speaking with someone was very prompt. I spoke with Dolores. She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly who I should speak with. I also interacted with Jonathan on their service side. He was also very kind and prompt. He reassured me that his team would take care of our school and answered all the questions I had. I am so glad we decided to go with ATS. If you are looking for a company that values the customer, knows their trade, and takes pride in their work, then look no further. This is a high quality company with high quality employees at every level. Thank you ATS for giving us amazing service. We will definitely be using you in the future.
