I used this company a few years ago and they were very good. THIS IS NO LONGER THE CASE.

I called in early June (around the 4th), My dishwasher was displaying an error message. I was told that due to COVID I would have to wait about 10 days for a visit (understandable).
The technician (Evan, the owner's son) stated there was a slowly leaking valve. He did not have the part and it would have to be ordered. It was a Saturday. I was told an appointment could not be made till the part arrived. The part arrived the following Wednesday, and I was given an appointment for another 10 days. Evan arrived and told us the wrong part was ordered. I was told an appointment could not be made till the correct part arrived. It did 2 days later. I was given an appointment for yet another 10 days. I pointed out to the manager that is was due to an error on their part. She stated, extremely rudely throughout the coversation, it was not HER fault (DUHHH) and I would have to wait again (about 7-8 days). Even arrived and replaced the valve. The next day loading the dishwasher I found a part at the bottom of the dishwasher. (not a valve). After a few days another technician came and could not figure out what the part was. The next morning the same error that initially appeared again.
I called a different repair service, who came in 2 days (JS Appliance in Miller Place) The technician for 2 non-functioning other parts AND a part that had been broken, that was glued back together.
The cost of the repair made the dishwasher economically unfeasible to repair. It took 2 months to get to this point!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not waste your time or money with this company. They dismantled my washing machine and misdiagnosed the problem repeatedly. After the 3rd visit the untrained , incompetent technician simply admitted he could not repair it. He left with the machine in pieces. When I spoke with the person claiming to be the manager, christine, she agreed to refund my service fee this never happened. I ultimately had to call another company. All tech has a poor business ethic. They are a ripoff

I'm sad to say that I've had a bad experience even though these guys were good seven years ago. Back then, they did great job getting my AC back in good condition that lasted till this recent summer. So I called them again when my AC failed in the summer of 2019.

Richard came over and recharged the coolant. It cost me over $200 for the coolant and labor. The next day my AC wasn't working again.

When I called to tell him, he was snobby on the phone and didn't offer a refund or any compensation towards a new HVAC. He just said he can't keep refilling the refrigerant since there must be a bad leak somewhere. Dah!

I called another firm that did a pressure test before doing anything else, and they found I had a leak in the coils. Richard from All-Tech never did that pressure test, which would have saved me the cost of useless refrigerant.

I'm giving two stars instead of one because they used to be good the prior time seven years ago, so maybe Richard just had a bad day. Nevertheless, I'm still out the cost of his wasted service.

My wife called on Saturday 6/16/18 for dryer parts. Roxanne was extremely helpful and patient with making sure they had the correct parts for our repair. Sure enough they had the correct parts in stock and the repair was made successfully. Thank you Roxanne and All Tech for being there when you were desperately needed!!! Highly recommended!!!

I called this company yesterday and explained that my mom's air conditioning wasn't working. I gave her name and address and the name of the community she lives in. They made an appointment for today, between 9 and 1:30 and said they would call me 20 minutes before arrival. I got a call at 11:30 that the tech would not be going to her house because she has no contract and I should have told them that when I called. The earliest they could now come would be later in the afternoon. She told me it was ""on me"" that they weren't able to come service the unit as expected. I asked for at least an apology for her error and she said she would apologize if I wanted but it was my fault.
I cancelled the service and she said that was fine with her.
She was extremely rude and if she is an example of their customer service, I would recommend avoiding this company.

If possible, I would give zero stars !!

Had a Fridge fail on a Sunday and these were the only folks that were true to their word by servicing me on a Sunday, Richard answered my distress call very early on that Sunday morning and was able to provide me a wonderful technician by the name of Chris who came to my home that very day to diagnose my problem. Reliable, talented and efficient -- if you are in trouble, call them. You will not be disappointed.

this place was a love/hate relationship while I was doing business with them. thankfully I had a lot of time to get the work done and was not in a rush we hired them to install a new HVAC system in a commercial space and their pricve was very fair. they did take a long time to do the work and disappeared a few times during the job. I would call and they would send someone right there to continue working on the job. I think they do a lot of service and don't have enough employees to go around. In the end, they did a good job for a very good price and their workmanship was very good. that's why the 4 stars. I have recommended them to friends but also give warning that their project may go longer than anticipated bu it gets done and done well. I would use them again in the future if the need arises
