Aubrey N.The pace at which they worked was very slow. We ended up finishing painting the ceiling, which was something they were supposed to do. Multiple tools, and other things wound up missing out of our garage while they were on the job.
Jordan W.I feel bad leaving negative reviews but this I feel is warranted. The owner, Jeff is difficult to work with and cares very little about customer satisfaction. He quotes a price and then wants you to go buy all of the materials and he will simply install them. I was gone for work and he had my wife staining trim so he didn't have to.
When the job was done he didn't double check any of the work and there a number of issues. The bath didn't hold water, the bath water didn't get hot, there was paint on the brand new door handles, the paint on the walls was sloppy and missing the finishing touches.
I am a contractor myself so I was very understanding with all of the delays and tried to be as cordial as possible. I called and text him many times about the issues and he would always reply back with a smug 'sure I'll come fix it"" and never showed up.
I would strongly encourage anyone reading this review to not use this company. The work will be done at bush league level and you will get no back end support. Not to mention buying and preparing all of the materials for the contractor. Very unsatisfactory work and even worse customer service.
Edit: Tub also leaked around the drain and water was leaking into basement. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!
