Late Friday night (of course) I went in the garage for something and there was water all over my garage floor. My water heater sprung a leak, I shut off the hot water and called to get estimates that night. Pedro answered my call and gave me a rough estimate. On Monday I had three estimates, Pedro matched the lowest price I had. He explained everything very thoroughly, much more than the others, and seemed more knowledgeable as well. We setup an appointment, he even arrived early and completed all the work in a very timely and efficient manner. Everything was very professional, and he answered all my tons of questions. I filled up online quote Sunday afternoon and after approx 5 minutes I received a call from Pedro which I didn't answered of course and immediately received a text message from him, I returned his call and gave me a ballpark estimate of a Noritz tankless water heater and we agreed to come to our house for the final Quote Tuesday. He and Candido came that day at 9 Am and he gave me a reasonable price and they installed our new Noritz EZ 111DV that same day and finished at 12noon. My wife and I were very satisfied with their professionalism and prompt installation. He walked us through how to maintain our Tankless water heater.

Pedro was awsome he was able to get us in right away which was a must since our tanked water heater started leaking and we were out of hot water. He was able to give us an estimate and install a new tankless (which he is very knowledgeable about) the next day. We had 4 estimates from a couple of local plumbers and a couple of big name plumbers. He was very reasonable on the price and has everything in stock. He gave us a lot of the same information others did and a lot more than other companies. He went beyond to even let us know about the socalgas rebates. He did a great job with the installation and clean up. We have only had the new system installed for a couple of days but so far loving it. I would recommend him.

So I had my tankless water heater go out on me. They were extremely responsive. Jesus and Pedro were amazing and truly went above and beyond in making sure I got my hot water heater working again and even used their own parts which they didn't have to do since normally we would have to wait for the manufacturer to ship out the replacement parts. I called them and within 2 hours I had hot water going again.
