worst experience ever. Terrible performance and craftsmanship. Slow and messy. Difficult to understand what he is talking about half of the time. 3 days to set one drain and he put it in the wrong spot everytime. What a waste of time. I will have to get a plumber to fix his mess. He is no plumber. Avoid this guy....

We purchased a home that had a ""no name"" tankless heater that didn't work. So we found this company and their response was quick. We scheduled an appointment within 48 hours, to get a new, bigger stat-of-the-art tankless system installed. The small team was very professional and trustworthy. We tested the system thoroughly before they left and made me feel comfortable because they are reliable should something arise in the future.

My standard water heater died after 13 years and I called Pedro & he came approximately 30 minutes after I called him, very responsive and respectful. He heard my concerns and explained what he could do for me and quoted me $2000.00 less than an other company on the Navien approved website to install a NPE-180A2 tankless water heater. We agreed to the price and Pedro got to work on the spot. Shortly after his daughter showed up and 4 hours later we were all taken care of. This company by far is the best and the price I paid was $1200 less than the other companies. I was remodeling the kitchen from water damage. I felt this was the best time to install a gas line for the stove and move the water line for the ice maker. They were very friendly and courteous and kept the work area clean. What really impressed me, was their quality of work and fast response. I called and they came out immediately and gave me a quote I was shocked that it was so low. They started the next day and completed the project by that afternoon. I was going to be put on a waiting list with other companies just to come out and I couldn't wait. Our trusted water heater of a young 15 years finally passed on this morning. I was fully readying my lacking bargaining/bartering skills when I contacted this company (which was actually recommended by the water heater company). Pedro was responsive and arrived within the time frame he promised. He was extremely courteous, patient and friendly, which helped ease a lot of our anxiety and frustration with the situation. Within a few hours he installed a new water heater and left a very well-organized pamphlet of all the possible information we needed about our new system, troubleshooting, and warranties. Late Friday night (of course) I went in the garage for something and there was water all over my garage floor. My water heater sprung a leak, I shut off the hot water and called to get estimates that night. Pedro answered my call and gave me a rough estimate. On Monday I had three estimates, Pedro matched the lowest price I had. He explained everything very thoroughly, much more than the others, and seemed more knowledgeable as well.
