We had a tankless water heater installed about 3 years ago thinking it would be instant hot water. It was not. We decided to do something to improve the system and found All Tankless Water Heater and Plumbing on Yelp. Pedro came and gave us a few options. We decided on a pump installed in one bathroom with motion detectors in that bathroom and 2 others. It works great and Pedro and his son-in-law Daniel were great to work with. While here he discovered we had a slow leak from pipes in the wall. We had heard the noise and he pinpointed where it was coming from and re-routed the pipes through the attic. Problem solved. I would highly recommend Pedro.

Woke up to no hot water in my Noritz tankless water heater. This type of tankless heater needs a certified technician to repair. Called All Tankless at 7:00 am before office hours to leave a message and Pedro answered!!! He came out that same morning and replaced my water heater quickly and professionally.

After being duped by another company I found Pedro online and am SO happy I did. Our tankless water heater stopped working and the first company quoted me outrageous prices. We woke up to no hot water on a holiday. I called All Tankless Water Heater & Plumbing in the early evening. They called back & set up an appt for the very next morning. Our old Tankless Water Heater was set up thru electrical by someone who'd never done Tankless before. Pedro from All Tankless showed up that morning explained our options, the pro/con of electrical & our situation and we decided to go with Tankless using gas. That means changing to a whole new system. Pedro installed that same day, no problems, we now have a beautiful system that delivers hot water to our family of eight.

Pedro was awesome, My Noritz hot water heater quit it was approx. 10+ years old. I called Noritz and they gave me Pedro's name and number. Called Pedro and set up apt at 8am he texted me at 7:45 and said he was 5 mins away and could he come early!!! He suggested I call Noritz and see if the warranty was still in force- Well I called Noritz and it expired the day before but do to this they would cover the parts!!! Thanks Pedro!! Pedro's work was great and I also had him install a new garbage disposal and put in a whole house filter. I am completely happy with Pedro and Noritz.

Pedro came out his way today early Sunday morning to take my service call for my water heater. Called him yesterday and he said he could come between 2-3 pm and he came earlier. I was not here but someone was here who did not hear him knocking and ringing the doorbell for 25 minutes. This adult works graveyard so slept through this. So when I got home I called him and he said he will come early Sunday and he did!
He replaced and fixed my water heater which was fully covered by Whirlpool and Lowes. So no out of pocket charge, thanks to warantee coverage. My pilot light went out and dd not turn back on. So he had the part ready and available to replace whatever it was that was defective because the gas man could not light it on Friday.
So he came through and he does not work weekends. So way to go for a new customer that he had never been to before.
He was really friendly and up front from beginning saying warante only covers parts not labor, so quick call to whirlpool confirmed that labor and parts covered if it's a defect.

(I have some technical knowledge of water heaters but can no longer physically do the repair work.) I am so glad to have found an expert plumber that I can recommend.
