We had All Suburban replace our water heater, 24 months ago. Today we had a plumber come out to drain our hot water heater (maintenance). When we opened the door to the little closet the tank is in the venting tubing had fallen apart and was on the floor. Thus we were exposed to hazardous gasses! We called All Suburban to ask them to come fix their bad work and they told us that's not warranted and we must have had ""high winds"" in our house!!! High winds in our home?? In the little closet the water heater lives in??? Then the customer service representative suggested someone BROKE into our home to ruin the hot water heater venting!! They are incompetent and crazy!!
The new plumber also discovered the water line shut off was corroded and broken. Shoddy work and no customer service. A good company would have sent someone out immediately to resolve a potential dangerous situation. What a SHIT company! They could have killed us!!!! It cost us $$ to have it all fixed properly

My family has been using George and his colleagues for decades now. You never want to need a plumber. Not ever. But if you own a home it comes with the territory. And there is a particular pleasure in dealing with professional trades people who know their stuff, show up quickly, do the work very well, and charge a fair price.
Need a plumber? Don't call anybody else!

Our kitchen sink drain became completely drained (I blame the house guests from the holidays) so we called a plumber who wasn't available but he gave us George's contact info. We called on Friday night and they came out Saturday morning. Very friendly and very fast! They ""rodded"" the drain and now it works good as new. Would definitely recommend them!

Need to give a shout out to All Suburban! They knew I had a situation, needed to get the city involved to cut off the water to the house, and they they not only accommodated me quickly but did the job quickly, easily and pleasantly, taking a LOT of stress off of me. To top it off, they came in at a very fair price as far as plumbers go, far below what big box plumbers quoted. HIGHLY recommend!

Really hate to do this. We used these guys a couple times in the past and thought it was pretty decent service.
But recently we had a nasty leak under our sink. Caused water in our basement. We get the guys out and they told us it was the garbage disposal. We did need a new GD but had no plans to make that investment yet. Well I trusted them and had them replace it. I was desperate to stop this water. $425 dollars later we had a new GD but the leak didnt stop.
A few days later I had them come out again. Turns out it was just a loose nut on my faucet. They tightened it at no charge but after having a baby the last expense we needed was one due to a mis-diagnosis
Also their receptionist sounds like I'm ruining her life everytime I call her. Geeze, sorry lady.

Called these guys this morning - had a serious total sewer backup. George, Sam and Jeff showed up and ""did their thing"" in pretty quick order - and I was ""back to normal."" Very efficient, pleasant guys to work with - and I'll call them again. Cost was ""reasonable"" - service and efficiency gets them 5 stars.

Called at 10:30 pm for emergency plumbing services. Woman was super rude so I said I would call elsewhere. They proceeded to call my phone repeatedly from blocked numbers. when I answered the same woman screamed at me ""what is your problem bitch?! God damnit"" and then hung up. Received another call from a male after requesting to know my location and offered no apology. Absolutely terrifying experience considering I was calling them to come into my home..

Scam alert. They charged $245 to seal a toilet. I wouldn't recommend reaching out to them unless you know what you are paying for in advance. Very disappointed and will not be using them again.

We had an a somewhat unique residential plumbing issue. I called a couple of different plumbers who didn't have the skills to fix our problem. One of the plumbers I called recommended these guys, so I gave them a call and sent them pictures. I told them it wasn't an emergency so I really didn't expect them to show up that day. They showed up a few hours after I called and fixed the problem within 45 minutes. These guys are great!!!
