Did good work a couple of years ago when installing my new AC unit. However, I have tried getting them out for two repair issues since and can never get anyone to show up in a reasonable time. Yesterday around 1pm, they told me they would be out yesterday evening. When 9pm came around they said it would be first thing in the morning. It is almost 11 and still no one has shown. When my wife and I called for a status update, they say they will check and call right back. They have never called back. I will not use them again.

Mike from All State Services came out as our Subzero refrigerator was not working. He charged $150.00 to diagnose the problem. The refrigerator needed a new coil and he wrote on the receipt that he was ordering the coil on Monday 9/16/19. He has never gotten back to us, no phone call, email, nothing. It is very frustrating that he was paid $150.00 to diagnose and no follow through. He has not returned our calls. My husband and I have called many times and after we say hello the All State operator hangs up on us.We have left messages also. We have also emailed Mike, to not avail. I would not recommend All State Services for reliability or honesty.
