They send a man who did not asset the problem of my toilet properly. So use auger to decloged and he flush the toilet twice and said it was fix. After he left less than 15 minutes the toilet went back to flooding and leaking from back. He never checked the toilet completely. He asked for $295 and didn't solve the problem. So I asked for my money back so I could call s real plumber in to fix the toilet. Unfortunately Allstate have no given me my money back. Please don't waste your money with these people. They do not have good business practice.
