I think the price was a little out of line for a fairly simple and quick wax ring replacement.

Service was fine and seems ok but could have been a touch more reasonable on pricing.

I had a great experience with All State Plumbing and Heating and would highly recommended them. We wanted a UV light installed and we triple bid the job. Not only was their price fair, Asim was incredibly responsive and worked with our schedule. One of his team members, John, showed up during the designated window, wore a mask and completed the job promptly.
We could not be more pleased with the service we received and we will definitely keep them in mind for future plumbing needs.

Very expensive flat rate plumbing service. They used to reasonably charge by the hour but Asim said they switched last year when I questioned the bill and ended up paying about twice as much as I should have for a new faucet to be installed in the kitchen. He had ""offered"" to look for a new faucet but ended up charging us for going to Home Depot even though I explicitly said I'm not buying any junk from there, and then charged us $75 for ""wasting his time."" My advice is to get prices upfront so you know you're getting overcharged ahead of time.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Asim and his team at All State at both my home and business. I highly recommend.

I had a new stone countertop installed and needed to have my sink disconnected and reinstalled. My kitchen countertop arrived early so I was left scrambling for plumbing assistance.

They were here within a couple of hours to help me.

Asim went over and above The call of duty when it was discovered that my stone countertop maker did not pre-drill holes for anchors for my dishwasher assembly.

When I called the stone maker at arts of stone in new Milford he told me that he doesn't install dishwashers.

When I suggested that I wasn't asking him to install my dishwasher, but to simply drill the holes into the marble he said no.

Subsequently I am left with the plumbers on the site who cannot complete the job.

Asim immediately called one of his contacts whi works with stone and he was here right away to drill the two little holes underneath my counter so the dishwasher could be installed.
Kudos to All State plumbing for coming through where my stone maker failed.

My job is done and I am happily using my new sink.

I have also used Allstate plumbing at my business. Asim is always prompt, courteous and fairly priced.
