Owner is terrible, takes zero responsibility. I had this company do some plumbing repairs. The owner is self absorbed. I would not recommend this company to anybody for any reason! Just awful. BUYER BEWARE!!

My name is mellanie obrien and I've used All State plumbing off and on for 10 years and they've always done a great job and I've never had any problems dealing with the owner or employees. They've always been reasonable with their fees and I wouldn't hesitate to call them at anytime.

NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY: Let me tell you why. They did our huge plumbing job. I sent them a large check on May 16. They called me today claiming they never received it. I told them it was mailed on May 16 and he said I was lying! He then promptly told me that if I didn't resolve this within the hour he was going to sue me. He never would even let me talk. He was hostile and angry and had absolutely no professionalism on any level. (Today is June 24, by the way.)

I called my bank and they put an immediate stop payment on this ""missing"" check but stated that because it's a temporary check I could not write another one in that amount or it would stop those as well.

When I called him back and told him I could pay him the total amount in two checks which would be mailed on Tuesday certified mail or hand deliver them to his office on July 5th (because I'm leaving town right now), he refused my method of payment as he didn't want a temporary check plus he wanted it done right now at this very minute. He then called his attorney who apparently told him he'd better accept my payment and he is coming to my residence to pick it up.

He then REFUSED to write me a receipt stating that my checks were a receipt when they go through so I video-taped the entire scene!!!

WHAT?!? FRIENDS, PLEASE WARN YOUR FRIENDS....NEVER, EVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Owner and some employees are rage filled, angry people. They came to my business three times in one day, left us with a huge, wet, sopping, leaking mess. When I complained to the owner, he simply said he can't reverse what happened. Instead of trying to fix the problem and make it right, he said he would give me my $$ back and I could call someone else! Definitely NOT who you would want to call when you have a plumbing problem!
