Horrible client service. The workers were to trim my shrubs and blow the leaves. They cut the shrubs too much; now you can see thru them. I called Lucas and he refused to come back and see what the problem was. I called th office and sent pictures of the work they did and no response. I sent a complaint to the BBB and they didn't have the decency to answer the complaint!! I requested a refund in order to get someone else to come and fix the problem and I haven't heard back. DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE SORRY!!

I just met Lucas from All Star today ! He is professional, he called to let me know her was running 30 minutes late then showed up exactly as he promised!!! Big points in my world.

They listened . Another huge thing in my book plus they are able to cover other jobs I have in mind that I want to do with my home. They are licensed & bonded so that's fantastic plus they basically do all jobs that houses need.

I did not hire them for landscaping because they were way higher than any other person to mow a simple lawn. It seems to me that they have enough people employed that they need to hire the whole team hence it's more expensive.

So it's a big no for simple lawn mowing but a huge yes for electric and painting and stucco work.

Poor customer service. We had our palm trees, backyard cleaned up and trimmed on May 27th. Our palm trees are already over grown and when I contacted the owner to see if they can come out to rectify the issue he said it's my responsibility to make sure HIS guys trim the palm trees correctly. We have had our trees trimmed for years, never having to ""watch"" the crew. Palms should not be over grown in less than 3 months. Only reason for two stars is His crew worked hard, for hours. Maybe more guys needed to do a proper job in the heat.

We asked for a quote and Claydia immediately answered us through yelp messages. Lucas was out the next day and he was very knowledgeable. We asked him to trim a large overgrown tree and wanted to also get our yard blown out. We also asked about trimming another bush we had but he said not to because for that Bush, it's too hot still. I appreciate his discretion, as I'm sure other businesses would have gladly cut out Bush and charged us whether I was good for the plant or not.
They scheduled us for the tree trim 2 days later and I'm very happy with the results. I'm sure we will be contacting them again for our yard and gardening needs. Thank you All Stars! ?
