There should be a box with no star. This company came to our home for a plugged sewer line causing toilet to back up. My husband had been working 80 plus hour a week and didn't have time for it, so he hired this company to come out to unplug it. The man put very little line down the opening and was here less than a twenty five minutes l. He said there was nothing else he could do he would have to come back another day and the job would be 2800 dollars. My husband had to give this man 50 dollars for absolutely nothing. He was in to big of a hurry. We had a toilet and bathtub still filled with sewer so my husband decided to go to home Depot rent a machine on his own paying 70 for. And cam home with my help we unplugged it within 45 minutes. All star is a rip off. They took 50 dollars and left quick without resolving our issue. My husband and I are not plummets but with patience we got it unclogged. Please of you need a reliable plummer to relieve your issues, DO NOT hire this company. We would have paid 2800 dollars for nothing! RIP OFF. Manager would not even call us back when we called to tell him how his employee ripped us off. Not professional.
