I remodeled an exterior garage into a 1 bedroom apartment. By far the biggest job was the plumbing part. I was worried because of the fires it was hard to get bids on my project. All Star did an amazing job from bid to completion the entire team was helpful, prompt and patient with an owner build project. Mark Crocker was especially professional and supportive through the process. Michael was a great plumber and patiently answered my questions and requests. The front office team was amazingly responsive and patient over the last four months of scheduling and ordering parts. All Star plumbing is a great plumbing service that I highly recommend.

I will admit, I can be generous with reviews. Then a company like this one comes along and makes me rethink who I should be giving 5 stars to.

I moved into a older home. It's on a well. The sinks were backing up and overflowing. The master toilet would not flush. The home has a well and the water is brown; quite stressful.

Trying to find a plumber has been tough. California has been hit by fires. People are trying to repair and rebuild. Makes my issues pale in comparison. Some companies would not even call back. Some had wait lists. This company went above and beyond. The office manager let me know they were short staffed, but assured me they wanted to help. The owner himself came out! Within an hour!

He provided immediate repairs. Got things flowing again. Recommended long term solutions and how to move forward. The invoice was reasonable.

The sewer line from the toilet in our condo kept backing up. We had several different plumbers come would get everything working again, but it only lasted for two or three months and then we had the problem again. We again called a plumber (Admiral Plumbing) from Payson. They cut a hole in the ceiling and told us they could not deal with the problem. They referred us to All Star Plumbing after charging $369 for the sewer line cleaning again, but the leak and sewer line back up problem still remained. We called All Star Plumbing and Bret Proveaux came and helped us. He found that a previous plumber had lost the head of his router in my line and it was lodged therein. That was the cause of our problem. Although the price seemed excessive by All Star, Bret Proveaux was outstanding. He was efficient, knowledgeable, worked hard, and I could not give him a higher grade. I would recommend his services to anyone.

I have had Mark from All Star out to my home on 2 or 3 occasions to deal with an old deteriorated sewer line. He was on time, friendly, & very professional.He scoped the lines, gave me a couple of choices and very reasonable estimates. I was very pleased with his work. I would highly recommend All Star.
I have since moved to Portland, OR and am hoping to find someone as good as Mark to do any future work I may need in Portland.

Everything was backing up in the house, called Ashley at All Star on a Friday night and she had someone here the next morning on Saturday. Mike arrived, was so kind and considerate as well as knowledgeable. He took care of the immediate problem, as well as an intermediate plan to return and address the more significant issue. Mike listened to me, allowed me to follow him around asking questions, without hesitation, all the while completing his job and cleanup. Thanks so much Mike! I had a leaky kitchen drain pipe under the house that was giving off a bad oder. I called Ken Mays plumbers first but they wouldn't come out until we had another company clean up the puddle under the house. So I called All Star and they came out the same day and bid the job for 3 hours. They came and did the repair the next day in an hour and a half. Robert Gillis was very nice and professional.
