All Star is 5 star only because that's all the stars available. Zina and Rob are great. Did a terrific job on our bathroom remodel. Designed and engineered an ADA roll in shower that is totally functional and beautiful. Made the water closet accessible for my wife's wheelchair by widening the entrance. They use only the best subs that are perfect for each phase of the job. Coordinating them so there is no down time and gets the job completed in a timely manner. They are top notch professionals, but even more important, they are caring people. They spend many hours giving back to our community. Enough good can't be said about them and their All Star business. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Zina and Rob.

After All Star Plumbing read my review, I received a phone call from one of their office managers, she apologized? for not being able to fix the problem with my sprinkler water line; The company does not service sprinkler systems. Without me asking, she offered to refund me the $155 charge for their visit. I was surprised by her call and willingness to refund the charge. Based on their gesture in good faith?, I am willing to change my opinion of this business? and assume the whole experience I had with them might have been a communication problem when I made my appointment??

Today we had some pipes and valves fixed in our house by Michael Smith at All Star Plumbing and he was great! He was friendly, efficient, and did an awesome job putting in new copper piping. Michael came out to our house the same day we called, which was hugely helpful to us. The rates were very reasonable and we are totally satisfied with the service. We highly recommend All Star Plumbing and Michael Smith!!

I have used All Star Plumbing several times and they have been awesome. Not only have they done great plumbing work for me in the past but today they were our HERO's. On a Saturday afternoon our commercial project sprung a leak all over our newly installed Sheetrock. Not only did Mark pick up the phone but he was able to get Ryan out there within 20 min. Ever try holding a leak for 20 min? Ryan handled our dilemma like a PRO. Shut off the water main and fixed her right up within 20 more min. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!! I would not have had a clue what to do if you guys were not there. If you need plumbing work done these guys really care!!

We had a major leak behind the wall of the shower. Mark the installer took out the wall behind the shower and replaced the pipes. Mark was very professional, courteous, explained what he was going to do, cleaned up after and checked and cleaned each faucet after turning the water back on. We are very happy with All Star Plumbing from first communication scheduling the appointment and the finished work. We will definitely use them again.

I remodeled an exterior garage into a 1 bedroom apartment. By far the biggest job was the plumbing part. I was worried because of the fires it was hard to get bids on my project. All Star did an amazing job from bid to completion the entire team was helpful, prompt and patient with an owner build project. Mark Crocker was especially professional and supportive through the process. Michael was a great plumber and patiently answered my questions and requests. The front office team was amazingly responsive and patient over the last four months of scheduling and ordering parts. All Star plumbing is a great plumbing service that I highly recommend.

I will admit, I can be generous with reviews. Then a company like this one comes along and makes me rethink who I should be giving 5 stars to.

I moved into a older home. It's on a well. The sinks were backing up and overflowing. The master toilet would not flush. The home has a well and the water is brown; quite stressful.

Trying to find a plumber has been tough. California has been hit by fires. People are trying to repair and rebuild. Makes my issues pale in comparison. Some companies would not even call back. Some had wait lists. This company went above and beyond. The office manager let me know they were short staffed, but assured me they wanted to help. The owner himself came out! Within an hour!

He provided immediate repairs. Got things flowing again. Recommended long term solutions and how to move forward. The invoice was reasonable.
