We had Jonathan at our home, at the appointed time, to assess our refrigerator problem. We were experiencing an ""error code"" and the
unit was gradually getting warmer each day, He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part right then, and was back in a few days to install the new
one. The only reason we didn't get it installed sooner was because we were
going through our Home warranty service, and they take longer for approval, etc. Jonathan called when he was about 15"" away, was always prompt and courteous, and came a day sooner than we had originally planned. I highly recommend this service!

I had Jonathan come to my house to address a drip coming from my clothes washing machine. He took the lid off and pointed to the solenoid switch that was leaking. He never quoted any prices till after he had taken it apart and told me he would charge $300. At that point, I was stuck. I complained and he reduced the price to $275. I priced the switches on line and they ranged from $38 to $90. It took him less than a half hour to do the work. I found his prices excessive.

I called on December 26 at 4:50 pm. I fully expected a follow up call the next day. I was surprised to receive a return call within minutes and that Jon would be able to visit my home the following day. He arrived within the designated time. He assessed the water situation related to the refrigerator and provide me with an option: 1. he has a small amount of water line and could fix it but that wouldn't supply many cuts of water or 2. he would obtain more line that will store the code water, as it should. I went with option 2. When he can back to install the hose he had to obtain, he showed me the hose. He tacked the hose together so it could be maintained in an orderly way. He also tacked sup the electric outlet and the hose so they don't drag on the floor.

He also provided a review of a combination washer/dryer that I felt pretty sure would cost too much to repair. He validated my opinion that the parts and labor would be more than the cheap Chinese made machine was worth
