We have lived in our house for a long time. And have fought clogs in our laundry drain. All Star provided rapid response and professional service at a reasonable price. . Wish we had known about them years ago.

HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY. Paid them over $2,000 to clear a number of drains. They left telling me all but one was fixed. This was not true and we had massive damage. They were rude. They refused to come back and fix things. The receipt say guaranteed and one return call. They crossed out the time period for the guarantee and only after begging did they return but did not look at a single drain. Brian was so rude to me and hung up on me.

Broken sewer line with toilet backing up on a Tuesday, sent guys over on Wednesday morning, cleaned it out to stabilize it for a few days, and came back on Monday with equipment and materials to dig out a 25 ft, 60 old line from under deck to tank and replaced it same day. Dirty work on hands and knees with pick ax and shovels. Professional work, good guys doing the work explaining what they were encountering and doing throughout the day, job done by 3pm, reasonable price when the work HAD to be done. Recommend Bryan and his crew.

Am a real estate broker and got a panicked call from a tenant at a house I manage saying that her main line was backing up, and water (and more!) was coming up in her shower. Called Bryan, and he had someone there in just a few hours. Problem solved. Am very grateful!!

Contacted Brian on 7/2/18 based on a basic Google search and reading a few reviews. Brian returned my call within the hour. The issue was a slow draining tub in a rental unit I own, so I needed to coordinate a tight window with Brian. He was extremely flexible and was able to coordinate fix. Fix was to snake the tub and re-adjust the drain stop in the tub which was hanging too low. Price was very fair ($215). I was able to pay over the phone and he emailed me the invoice immediately (which was very convenient as I was on vacation with my family and only had my cell phone). Brian does great quality work at a fair price - but the best part is his communication skills. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again. If you go with Brian you will not have the frustration so common among others of not being able to communicate and coordinate seamlessly.
