Don't expect them to be on time. I scheduled for between 8am-12pm, truck never showed. I even called at 9:30am to check on which stop I was. I was told stop 3 and the truck should be there anytime since I was early in the line up. At 5 after 12 I called back and was told ""sorry we had a big mess this morning a truck should be there in a bit""!
""Thanks for the call, that you were not going to make it on time!"" Is what I was thinking.
Some people still have to work and when you take off for a scheduled appointment you would think that a company values their customers enough to make a courtesy call and let them know they are behind. Communication goes a long way for customer service, I will not be using Allstar in the future and I don't recommend you do either!

All Star was recommended to me by Poeling Construction as a company qualified to deal with my issue. My septic system leach lines were clogged with sludge and the gravel bed would not accept effluent. I was looking for a company that could use a sewer jetter to jet clean/flush the sludge out of the leach lines. All Star jet cleaned the lines, cleaned the d-box, and pumped the tank. I was then able to do a 5 week cyclic application of Instant Power Septic Shock directly to the cleaned leach lines. We've had this septic system for ten years and I can honestly say that our system is working better than it ever has. This is a very dry summer which may have some impact as well. Every other septic service we contacted either didn't do jet cleaning or said all they could do was dig a new leach field. Five well deserved stars to the appropriately named ""All Star Pumping"".
