On Tuesday night this week, we began hearing what sounded like water running in the walls of our house. No one was showering, no toilets running, but water was running somewhere.

I located Elliot Allen through yelp and all the great reviews, and didn't look any farther. On Wednesday at work, we confirmed a 2:30 pm meeting time which worked for us both. Elliot was efficient, very knowledgeable and quick in his work. He was very careful with our wood floors and made sure to explain what he was doing.

The work took about 55 minutes, he fixed the leak, which was in the wall, and saved us significant hassle of having to meet several days later (which is what other recommended plumbers were telling us).

Now I can't say he'll always be available same day, but Elliot was great, really professional, saved us a lot of frustration, fair pricing as well.

Reputation is everything for a business owner who cares, he cares and does great work!

I cannot recommend this company fast enough. This week I received a knock on the door from the water company only to tell me that my water usage had more than tripled and that they suspected a slab leak, immediately I called All Star plumbing and Elliott showed up shortly after his last job. Elliott began searching for the leak and found where he believed it was, it was late in the day so he returned first thing in the morning to finish, once he determined exactly where the leak was, he and Gary and his brother Cameron repaired the leak. Elliott was very careful in trying to do the least amount of damage to do the repair, because of this we have minimal amount of drywall repair to do, he was very fair in the cost of the repair too. They were very conscious about cleaning up and leaving everything the way it was when they started. I know I will definitely use this company again, and pass his name on to anyone needing a good plumber. Thank you All Star.

Elliot is fantastic! After coming home (at the end of a long week) to find that my carpet was wet and several walls were damp, I knew something was wrong! After calling five or so plumbing services in the area I was disheartened by the response I was receiving. No one had any empathy for a late Friday night emergency! Deciding then my best option might be to depend on reviews, I took to Yelp.

Not surprising to me, all of the plumbing services I called had (at best) mediocre reviews. When I came across reviews that talked about how thorough Elliot is at detecting problems, I knew this was my guy! After leaving a message, he called me back first thing in the morning and came by very shortly after.

I had high expectations, but nothing prepared me for how much BETTER his service was than I had expected. Elliot went through the normal diagnostic process, but what really sets him apart is his patience. He talked through each step with us and explained how why/what he was checking for. Being that methodical and deliberate really gave us peace of mind.

When he found our pipe leak, Elliot not only fixed it but also went about following up looking for other problems with the surrounding area. Fortunately we didn't have any slab leaks; he did find a minor problem with a running toilet, and fixed it free of charge.

I found it unusual that my copper pipes would have a pinhole leak (in a relatively new home), so I asked Elliot if he's seen similar problems in the area. And this is where I knew I found my plumber for life - he said he knew of different water districts in the area switching from fluoride to another chemical to treat the water. This mixed with the type of copper piping we have (grade ""M"") meant that this was bound to happen.

Thankfully I'm now aware of it and can keep an eye on things. Without Elliot I never would have known! He's not only a great plumber, who knows patient and knows what he's doing, he's also really enjoys helping others...he's certainly helped me become a better home owner.

Don't mess around with this kind of stuff - highly recommend All Start Plumbing!

Our water heater stopped working so we had the gas company and a different plumber out - both misdiagnosed the problem. After three days and no hot water with a newborn at home, we finally came across All-Star plumbing. Elliott came out within 2 hours and figured out the problem right away. He fixed the problem quickly and was professional, honest, courteous and very reasonably priced.... needless to say, if we ever have any other plumbing needs All-Star Plumbing will be the first we call!

I don't write reviews very often, but this experience with Elliott from All Star Plumbing was a FIVE star service worth boasting about. Elliott took my call immediately and made an appointment to come resolve my master bedroom sink issues. He was quick, professional and got the job done as promised. When we discovered a leak in an upstairs tub drain we called one of those ""rooter"" type services, they wanted to rip out the entire upstairs bathroom and charge me $1200 to repair the leak.

Then we called All Star Plumbing. Elliot was there that day and figured out how to fix the problem with out demolishing the bathroom and he estimated the repair at $195! He returned the next morning and fixed everything better than before! He was professional, courteous and clean! He has earned a loyal customer in me!

Don't waste your time with anyone else, All Star Plumbing is who you want!

Have been using All Star Plumbing for 8 years. Elliot is honest and knows his stuff, he prices jobs fairly (some contractors are straight up liars). His work is spot on and I'm confident if there were ever a problem after the fact, he'd take care of it no worries. That's what I look for, attention to detail, skill, follow-through and piece of mind but all at a reasonable cost. He's the whole package, honestly.

So thankful to have a plumber I trust, he's in my ""keeper"" file!

All I can say is wow, talk about customer service. We had water coming up through our floor and our neighbor told us we had a slab leak. He recommended that we call Elliot from All Star Plumbing. He was very knowledgeable and friendly when he walked us through the process of a leak detection so we could understand exactly what was going on. They were very fast and efficient with the repipe and left everything as clean as it was when they arrived. I will definitely refer all my friends to All Star Plumbing if they ever call in need of a plumber.
