I'm so happy that I called All Star Plumbing. They came out to our house super fast, spent a lot of time clearing a clogged drainage line, and did so at a reasonable price. I would use them again in the future. Vladimir was the technician and he was professional, neat (even taking off his shoes when he came in) and very nice.

These guys are great! I called them after receiving two quotes that were completely different from two other plumbing companies. Elliot was awesome. He helped me trouble shoot over the phone and answered all of my questions before even coming out. In the end, I paid $285 for a service Saddleback Plumbing quoted first $942 and then $762, and Payless Water Heaters quoted $459. In the end, fantastic service, quick response and best price around!!

On Tuesday night this week, we began hearing what sounded like water running in the walls of our house. No one was showering, no toilets running, but water was running somewhere.

I located Elliot Allen through yelp and all the great reviews, and didn't look any farther. On Wednesday at work, we confirmed a 2:30 pm meeting time which worked for us both. Elliot was efficient, very knowledgeable and quick in his work. He was very careful with our wood floors and made sure to explain what he was doing.

The work took about 55 minutes, he fixed the leak, which was in the wall, and saved us significant hassle of having to meet several days later (which is what other recommended plumbers were telling us).

Now I can't say he'll always be available same day, but Elliot was great, really professional, saved us a lot of frustration, fair pricing as well.

Reputation is everything for a business owner who cares, he cares and does great work!

I cannot recommend this company fast enough. This week I received a knock on the door from the water company only to tell me that my water usage had more than tripled and that they suspected a slab leak, immediately I called All Star plumbing and Elliott showed up shortly after his last job. Elliott began searching for the leak and found where he believed it was, it was late in the day so he returned first thing in the morning to finish, once he determined exactly where the leak was, he and Gary and his brother Cameron repaired the leak. Elliott was very careful in trying to do the least amount of damage to do the repair, because of this we have minimal amount of drywall repair to do, he was very fair in the cost of the repair too. They were very conscious about cleaning up and leaving everything the way it was when they started. I know I will definitely use this company again, and pass his name on to anyone needing a good plumber. Thank you All Star.

Elliot is fantastic! After coming home (at the end of a long week) to find that my carpet was wet and several walls were damp, I knew something was wrong! After calling five or so plumbing services in the area I was disheartened by the response I was receiving. No one had any empathy for a late Friday night emergency! Deciding then my best option might be to depend on reviews, I took to Yelp.

Not surprising to me, all of the plumbing services I called had (at best) mediocre reviews. When I came across reviews that talked about how thorough Elliot is at detecting problems, I knew this was my guy! After leaving a message, he called me back first thing in the morning and came by very shortly after.

I had high expectations, but nothing prepared me for how much BETTER his service was than I had expected. Elliot went through the normal diagnostic process, but what really sets him apart is his patience. He talked through each step with us and explained how why/what he was checking for. Being that methodical and deliberate really gave us peace of mind.

When he found our pipe leak, Elliot not only fixed it but also went about following up looking for other problems with the surrounding area. Fortunately we didn't have any slab leaks; he did find a minor problem with a running toilet, and fixed it free of charge.

I found it unusual that my copper pipes would have a pinhole leak (in a relatively new home), so I asked Elliot if he's seen similar problems in the area. And this is where I knew I found my plumber for life - he said he knew of different water districts in the area switching from fluoride to another chemical to treat the water. This mixed with the type of copper piping we have (grade ""M"") meant that this was bound to happen.

Thankfully I'm now aware of it and can keep an eye on things. Without Elliot I never would have known! He's not only a great plumber, who knows patient and knows what he's doing, he's also really enjoys helping others...he's certainly helped me become a better home owner.

Don't mess around with this kind of stuff - highly recommend All Start Plumbing!
