We had a leak in our dining room ceiling and called All Star Plumbing to help us fix it. They were onsite within 24 hours and very quickly were able to diagnose the issue. I especially appreciate how communicative Mike was about everything before doing it -- that he'd have to cut a hole in our drywall, how much it was going to be, etc. No surprise charges at the end. While they were at our house, another plumbing issue emerged that they were able to resolve for the time being and give us a quote for the bigger fix needed.

I've worked with so many plumbers in Chicago and All Star Plumbing has been the best experience so far. They explain everything without being condescending and were so polite and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. I will definitely be calling them for our future plumbing needs!

.2nd attempt 06.01.2023 I spoke w/bill about repairing my leaking hot water heater - after a long conversation and further research I realized I needed a new water heater. The water heater went out about a week before during which time I spent researching water heaters. I sch for the Bradford White to b installed the next day. Mikey called around 8:30 am to confirm. Mikey and Brian worked extremely hard to remove the 1940s pipes, one a few pipes pratically fell apart due the age which cause the price to increase. Well we have hot water and the job looks great. I have another project and am waiting for a call back from All Star. I will keep u posted.

I called concerning a tub needing to be snaked because it was draining extremely slow. The phone call was professional and the owner told me his son would reach out to me to schedule a time and date to come out. Within 20 minutes the son called and was about to come within the hour. The job took all of 20mins to complete. The owner called and followed up with me to ensure I was satisfied with the work. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and exceeded my expectation. I am really big on reliable, professionalism and trustworthy people. You pay for top notch service rather than cheap prices for people who can't show up to do the job when they say they would. will be saving their number for any future work.

The water heater at my rental property failed and my tenants woke up to cold water and water pouring from the tank. I took a chance with All-Star based on reviews and am extremely pleased with their performance. They gave me an honest quote and then a discount for replacing the second identical water heater that was also at the end of it's service life. Vinnie was a complete professional and had the new units installed and running so the hot water was back by the time everyone came home from work. I've had mixed experiences finding honest, quality contractors in Chicago, so it's a relief to know there's a plumbing company out there I can trust. I highly recommend them.
