Called asked for an estimate. Informed him i had stamped plans for new construction, informed him of job size and city location. Asked if him if he was interested, he replied yes. I asked him if he wanted me to forward my plans he said yes. He agreed that as soon as he got off the phone, he would text me his email address. Never heard from him, he could have just said no. I'll gladly give my $ to another company

I called Jose at 8am on a Thursday, he was at the house by 9am. He found the problem, gave me 2 options to fix it and had it done for a great price in under an hour. He explained everything while showing the video from the pipe camera. He also gave recommendations on what needs to be done to prevent the same problem in the future. We will definitely use All Star Plumbing for any plumbing needs!

Jose is a PRO - He took out my old water heater and put in tankless one. I called him and he came the next day. He did the job in a few hours. He also fixed my shower and when I needed help on making the shower hotter, He FaceTimed me walked me through the whole thing instead of charging me again. Definitely using him again.

I have a rental condo in Valencia that needed a plumbing work on the shower pipes. I called, sent him photos of the work needed to be done, and got a quote for $360 from Jose. Since he advertised 15% discount for new customers in his YELP page, I asked for the discount. He said he cannot give me the discount because the work could ""get complicated"" and offered a measly $10 off instead of $54 (15%). Since I needed the work done that day, I did not argue. But, if you are not going to honor the discount, do not advertise it in your YELP page.
