I previously posted about nearly witnessing an accident caused by their driver running a stop sign, nearly hitting another vehicle, and not even caring. The company posted on my review with a bunch of lies such as saying I threatened harm on their driver and saying they had already reassured me they've taken appropriate actions even though when I called them about the incident they said the driver disagreed with my report so they saw no reason to take any actions and they hung up on me. It says a lot about this company to not only call a potential customer a liar when trying to report an issue but to then turn around and create lies about the potential customer to discredit them. Take your business elsewhere. Who knows what else they're lying about.

I noticed a profuse water leak last night, Thursday evening at approximately 6 PM. I filed a work ticket with my home warranty and was advised to wait 24 hours for a plumbing company to contact me regarding service appointment. I called the plumber HSA Home Warranty scheduled me with and the person stated due to the earthquake their service repair techs were booked solid till next Wednesday. I cancelled this service and proceeded to call ALL the local area plumbers. Every one of the local plumbers said the same thing, they could not book me for several days out or they had to charge over-time for a technician to come to my home. From the moment I called ALL STAR PLUMBING & HEATING and spoke to Angela to the amazing service repair work, technician Ashley, who replaced my hot water pipe damages (post earthquake), and safely strapped to the wall my hot water unit that had shifted 4-5 inches away from original location. I am so so so so thankful to this company and their people for helping fix my home, post earthquake, in a speedy, professional, efficient manner. Thank you for everything ALL STAR PLUMBING & HEATING!!!! This company charged regular service fee, NOT over-time!
