Beth B.I wrote about nearly seeing a collision due to the driver from All-Star Plumbing & Heating ignoring a stop sign, just missing a different car, but not even caring. This plumbing service replied to my feedback by providing a bunch of lies like stating that I was aggressive toward their employee as well as indicating they had informed me they've taken appropriate actions even though during my conversation with them concerning the event they claimed the driver had a different version of events so they found no justification for action so they hung up on me.
This reveals much about this company when they accuse a prospective client of dishonesty during an effort to report a problem but also make up stories regarding the customer to tarnish their reputation. Take your business elsewhere. Think about what other untruths they could be telling.
Katherina B.I noticed a large leak of water the previous evening around 6 o'clock. I filed a work ticket with my home warranty and was informed to be patient 24 hours for a service provider to reach out to me regarding the appointment.
I reached out to the plumber that was referred by HSA Home Warranty and the person stated as a result of the earthquake their repair staff was unavailable until next Wednesday. I cancelled this service and then called ALL the local area plumbers.
All the local plumbers gave me the same response, they could not fit me in for a few days or they would charge extra for a visit to my residence. Right after I reached out to ALL STAR PLUMBING & HEATING and talked to Angela, to the excellent repair service, technician Ashley, who repaired the hot water pipe that was damaged following the earthquake, and properly secured my hot water unit to the wall that had shifted 4-5 inches away from original location.
I am very appreciative to this business and its employees for assisting in repairing my home, after the earthquake, in a quick, professional, and effective way. Thanks for all your help All-Star Plumbing & Heating!!!! Their fees were at the regular rate, without any overtime charges!
