Honestly I used them before and they were good but something changed.. so I used them again over the summer and they were Awful... they sent out someone to fix my clogged sink and he completely forgot to put something under the sink before he opened it and water spilled everywhere... ruined my floor and inside my sink cabinet then he went to vacuum the water and put the hose on backwards and it spit out all the dirt and water instead of sucking it up...CRAZY....!! Maybe the worker was just having a bad day so I called Vic and I was terribly upset that they sent such an incompetent plumber but he was apologetic and I ended up not paying for service fee.... but that was the least he could do...cause I definitely did not want another one of his workers to come back... save your money and time. Call someone else the second time around.

My usual plumber is retiring and I have been looking around for a plumber I can trust. I think I found him. Victor is very professional and knowledgeable. His guys are hardworking, no-nonsense people. I had them do a major pipe replacement job. Their price was reasonable and work was done efficiently and thoroughly. I was impressed. Fantastic service! We were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Then, something unexpected came up, and we needed to move the appointment forward a couple/few hours, and Victor accommodated the change and came over personally.
He was courteous, professional, and quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem. The price was reasonable and fair. Thoroughly positive experience--if we need related services in the future, we're calling All Star first.

All Star Plumbing was highly recommended by my neighbors on the Nextdoor app. I contacted them through yelp for an estimate to fix my disposal and and they got back to me with an answer shortly. We were able to schedule a next day appointment and the plumber arrived quickly within the window given to me. Before I knew it he was in and out and the disposal was fixed! The man who helped me pay over the phone was also very kind and everything cost exactly what I had been quoted. Thank you all star plumbing!

Do Not call Victor. First, he will take forever to respond. Just to get a bid I had to follow up multiple times only because he came highly rated but as he stated he's going through growing pains because he manages his appointments himself and then he overprices the job! He bid double what others were bidding which is taking advantage of good people. Beware!!

I wish that there were more stars for I would give this company 10 stars! I called the All Star Plumbing company on a Weds. and they arrived immediately first thing Thursday morning. I got a good price on the work that needed to be addressed. Basically 80% of my interior 1955 galvanized pipes needed to be replaced by copper pipes. I was not able to get hot water in my guest bathroom and boy! what a difference! The water pressure is very high here in Eagle Rock yet I had tiny rust colored drips coming out of my shower. All necessary work that needed addressing and I felt 100% confident that the work would be done very well! In the future, I will ALWAYS utilize their services! I am ONE happy customer!!!

We called late last evening and Victor and Sergio came out as soon as they could today to check on our A/C as it had stopped working and our house was a sauna. Within about 10 minutes it was back up & running. So thankful - we have two French bulldogs that don't tolerate heat well at all, and they were struggling. Everyone is chillin, now!
