We had an emergency with our water heater and Oz and Sam were able to come by and assess the situation and then fix our water heater. I was very impressed with their professionalism. They were on time. Never seemed rushed, very efficient. Friendly. And had the patience to explain the problem until I understood ( saying a lot bc I ask a lot of questions. They never seemed bothered by it! The second project we hired them for, Victor came out, and I expressed my gratitude. Customer service like this is rare these days. Will definitely use again.

Coming back to say we hired them to repair a broken a pipe recently - same great experience!

I've been traveling when my son told me that there is a clog in my house. I called Victor and he managed an emergency visit to my house and made a very detailed investigation. It showed the problem in the main sewage and this been passed to the property manager for further actions. I cannot thank enough Victor to do this business on weekend and while I was away. All Star was recently contracted to install central heat and ac in my bungalow. The job was ultimately finished and all is working well. Getting to completion though was extremely difficult. We had multiple cancelations, missing equipment, and a Manager whose communication was iffy at best. Thankfully, Omar, the project lead, is wonderful. He's knowledgeable, kind, respectful and has a great working relationship with his crew. Under his direction, the job got done cleanly and efficiently. If the business was run half as well as Omar runs his crews, I would happily give 5 stars. As it is, I'd say hire them, but make sure Omar is on your job!

Victor Came to fix my, just over 6 year old, water heater. I would have bought a new one for the price he charged me ... almost 700 total to fix. He told me Rheem is a bad heater for problems, I agree with him, it was just a few out months out of warrantee. Victor tried to sell me on a 300 'pilot' part that was not needed (and I am sure if I said yes he would have installed it and charge me more for the labor bill). I refused the extra part. No surprise the pilot was not needed to fix the problem. He charged 450 for labor not including the one expensive part that was required. I was under the impression the part was included in the 450 repair on the initial estimate. No written estimate was given and he forgot his invoice book after the repair, he said I will get one via email. He wanted to charge me 4% to use my credit card. He was pleasant and professional but still he charged way to much for a job that needed a couple of hours labor.

Our tankless water heater stopped working on New Year's Eve and most plumbers were already closed for the holiday weekend. I called All Star Plumbing and Victor answered on the first ring. Even though his business was booked solid for the day, Victor listened patiently while we explained the problem. He even spent several minutes trying to troubleshoot solutions with my husband. We gave him our contact info and expected a call Monday morning. About two hours later Victor texted to say he was on his way over.

We called and tried to have someone come to get the furnace working. ""Jesse"" told me to text our phone number which I did, then he never called back and no one ever followed up. Don't waste your time with this company.
