I was having trouble with our hot water heater, we had numerous attempts to reconcile the problem. Ron came to the house two or three times, trying to troubleshoot to see what the problem was. It seemed he was doing it because he cared not because he was getting paid for the job. He was very concerned with us being happy with the end product. He was very pofessional, very polite. I would highly recommend Ron and All Star to anybody. We are very satisfied.

My wife is a property manager for a townhouse that had a plumbing issue. We called All-Star Plumbing to fix the problem. The plumber, Troy did come out promptly and it was fixed. The follow-up was the issue and why we are writing this review. We asked Troy to send us a receipt for the payment-to present to the property owner (as proof of the retail and so we could get reimbursed). Troy said he required payment, which we sent it promptly. After repeated phone calls to Troy (he said it's in the mail) we never received it. We still have not received it two months later. Not very professional.

What do you think call a person who keeps repeating the same thing four times and expect a different results = all star plumbing Read my photos 2 years ago we had installed,by all stars plumbing a new toilet and a bidet It worked o k for a month when it is became loose and dangerous our contractor,Bickoff said the bolts were plastic and had all star replace the boLt with a heavier plastic one. This lasted 2 months. All star plumbing came and replaced the bolts. Only to have them break this time the seat also cracked. Bickoff sent it back to the manufacturer for warranty work. Alas. Because of the corona virus and vacations both the manufacturer as well as the contractor. We finally had the bidet. I used a handyman ( an M I T ) retired engineer The seat he said was not compatible with the new toilet and said not to use it. I called the contractor and they were very upset that I used a Handiman instead of the all star plumbing. Well I called the all star plumbing and they said they charge a 68 dollar for a diagnosis and treatment. If they were not having the correct replacement then they would return at no charge Well they of course did not have the correct parts and they would need three weeks to get it. I called the manufacturer and they would send me the correct parts for $20 plus shipping and I will have them delivered tomorrow. Well after it arrived I called all star plumbing and they said they would return for only 175 bucks. I said I was told that they would return free. They said only if we bought the necessary parts and they would return free but they would charge 184 for it. I said necessary is in no bargaining place. Come on down Well they installed the bidet with exactly the same thin bolts. My wife who weighs 120 Lbs yes it two times before it broke. I am sure that my hang go h DO NotUSE

I was referred to All Star Plumbing and very grateful for a job well done! I called Troy at 9 am, the technician arrived one hour later and the job was done by 11:30 am, all for a reasonable price! Dependable, polite, and efficient, I would not even consider calling anyone else!

We needed our entire house's plumbing replaced with PVC instead of the copper pipes the builder installed, due to Chinese copper . If you are not aware of what went on around 2002. To 2005 or 6 please look into it. Many homes in the area have had massive leak problems ... most not noticed by homeowners until it was too late... damage and black mold. Allstar was AWESOME, AWESOME... Reasonable price, maticulace just wonderful, And all the work was completed in 4 days . Replaced pipes, Sheetrock , primed and painted Just perfect Troy ( the owner) is wonderful!! I give him and his team 10 stars!!!!
