I noticed that my fire sprinkler pipe in the garage had a leak in it at 10:30am. Keith and Holt came out by 1:30pm that same day, identified that I had a broken pressure gauge, and repaired it by 3pm. Excellent customer service at a fair price. I have since saved their number in my phone for future use, should I need them.

I recently had a surprise fire sprinkler drip in my home. I called several companies but no one responded. A friend gave me the number to All Star. I called and the receptionist said someone would call me back. Within 10 minutes I received a call back from Ed about my issue. I had no idea he was the owner. Ed was very informative and helpful. He advised he would have service personnel there by early afternoon. Holt was the service provider who telephoned to let me know he was on his was to my home. Once he arrived he had the problem diagnosed, repaired and resolved within a couple of hours. Holt was not only a fantastic repairman, but just an outstanding young man! When Holt informed me Ed was the business owner I had to call back to thank him. My conversation with Ed was great and he is genuinely a nice guy!
