I had an issue with my hot water and also with water pressure. I was able to get an appointment within a day. Luckily, the repair was minor.

I really appreciate the honesty of this company, and their expertise as well.

I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.

July 3 we had a leaking pipe in our shower. We used Angies List for a plumber. We got Handy Randi from their recommended list. Bad mistake. Comes put, doesn't fix it. Says he looking for part. Didn't hear from him for 3 days. My daughter told us about All Star Plumbing, we called in this morning. He came, instead of fixing a pipe he replace the whole unit in a few hours. Excellent job and very reasonable. Jason Fosnot, All Star Plumbing is the only plumber for us. He charge was less than Angies price

13 Months later. Another claim was filed with the CSLB regarding how this plumber installed our toilet. The CSLB actually suggested we file a claim against his Surety Bond because he changes his story. In writing Mr. Fosnot claimed 1) He did not install our toilet 2) Then ... He actually did install the toilet but I removed it and reinstalled it. 3) Then ... He actually did install it, BUT on a bare concrete floor, then I installed new flooring and reinstalled the toilet. For over a year he ran his own Bond company around in circles. Fortunately we knew he would record his ever changing story on official documents to purger himself. He told his bond company we hired unlicensed contractors who came before and after his work on our plumbing.

Ultimately Mr. Fosnot's own ego forced him to tell his Bond company to hire a forensic plumber, investigate his own shoddy work and shed light on what ""really"" was going on.

*The forensic plumber confirmed the shoddy work. They stated they could not tell who installed the toilet.
*The made up stories about unlicensed contractors working at our home was told to the licensed contractors who saw Fosnot's work before and after he left.
*Those licensed contractors deposed to Mr. Fosnot's Bond company and revealed all his made up stories were exactly that, made up.
*Mr. Fosnot now has to pay over $1,000.00 to reimburse his bond company for calling out a forensic plumber.
*Mr. Fosnot now has to pay his bond company back $2,000.00 in order to retain his contractors license. I certainly hope these documented facts help someone else to avoid his work or assist in making a claim against him in the future.

This guy was referred to me by a mutual contact but turned out to be a real piece of work, he quoted me $500 to re-pipe a water line in my bathroom and install some pipe for upgraded shower fixtures. Because I didn't know better and he was a referral I agreed to his charge. He showed with 2 young guys and was finished in less than 2 hours.
When I questioned his fees stating that was more than $250 per hour he justified it by sting he had 2 guys with him. So he had 3 people doing a 1 man job and charged $500 to complete a job in less than 2 hours. Rip off!
I paid it because I did agree to his price. Next he said to just call him when I had the tile work completed and he would come out and finish installing the fixtures.
I called him on a Monday he said he had jobs in my area and would be there to complete work on Wednesday or Thursday. He was a no show with no contact. I started calling him on Friday with no return call. After multiple attempts to reach him with no luck, I reached out to the guy who referred him to me and finally got a phone call from him Tuesday saying there was no way he was coming to my house to finish the job he started. And he tried to claim he only had 1 other guy with him, not 2 when he was out the first time. And when he was out , he didn't plate the copper pipe, which is standard to do so in the industry. The guy who installed the hardy backer put a whole in the water pipe with a screw because it wasn't plated and I had to have another plumber come out to fix it for another $250. What a joke.
I found another plumber and have everything working now.
Jasen did shoddy work, over- charged me for it, and then stood me up so I had to delay the completion of the new bathroom.
I will never use him again nor would I ever refer him to anyone.
