Wait over 3 months to have a sink replaced along with the top of the vanity. They never showed up! One excuse after another. Finally went in person to their office in Hanford to voice my disappointment in their service and cancel my request. They don't even deserve one star.

The riser connected to my main water pipe burst in the late afternoon. As water was gushing out of the side of my house, I contacted my homeowner's insurance, who got in contact with a plumber who couldn't get out to my house for at least three days. I had no water to my house after the city had shut off the main valve, so I decided to call All Star. They were the first people to take my situation seriously (and I have USAA), and told me there'd be someone there in 30 minutes to give me an estimate. They arrived, gave me the estimate, and in about another hour they were here working on it. They got my water running back to my house, the riser is repaired, and from the time I first called to the finish was about three hours. There's a reason why these guys have been around for as long as they have.

And if I had waited for limp USAA or my impotent homeowner's insurance to get their heads out of their rears, my family and I would probably be going on a week before a drop of water ever flowed in my home.

Didn't want to work, and John told me I didn't live in the town that I said I did. He obviously didn't write down or use google maps correctly, because UPS and FedEx come here all the time. When I called, he made sure that I knew that they would charge extra because I live pretty far out of town, I already knew they would, everyone does. I get it, I understand this, time is money. Also when I called to make an appointment he said they would be here first thing in the morning, I rearranged my schedule, it's noon and I had to call them, and that's when he told me that they weren't going to come and that I live in Fresno when I DO NOT LIVE IN FRESNO. I would try someone else before these guys.

Very impressed and very professional. Tried to tighten a water shut off value and it cracked. Yes it was the main to my house. Called A1 they had a technician out in less that 30 minutes went work looked easy but I know this house as David was taking Tha pipe apart the pipe going into the stucco snapped yes I was so happy I called A1. David just went to work and it was not easy but he was a true professional and got the job done . Bottom line the price was fair. The work was top quality and customer service outstanding. They are now my go to plumbers . Thank you A1.
