Integrity and honesty, it's gets no better than this. Toan was originally scheduled for a Monday water heater service call at my house. To my surprise and delight, he was able to complete the service call this morning: circumstances allowed for this. I explained the problem over the phone with my water heater and he immediately recognize the cause of the problem. Upon his arrival, introduced himself and presented a business card right away. Once I showed him the water heater, he went to work all while explaining what he was doing and providing some maintenance recommendations along the way. Furthermore, he showed me the cause of my water heater problem. Not only that, he gave me a side by side comparison of the part that needed to be replaced. Yeah, it was pretty bad too. After replacing the bad part and going over the maintenance recommendations again, LOL. (Maintenance is very important.) My water heater was up and running within an hour. He saved my wife and I from a very expensive situation that we were facing with another business entity. We want Toan to know that he just gained some new customers for life. I recommend Toan hands down. Oh, did I mention that we have hot water, LOL!!!!!! Yes, I took care of the maintenance tasks discussed as well. Thanks Toan.

Recently I remodeled 2 commercial bathrooms and they took care of all the new fixtures, installed the cabinets, and all the hooks up.

This is second time we have used Toan. Turned out our dishwasher itself, not the plumbing was leaking. Toan could have charged us for time spent or diagnoses, but it was free of charge. Very honest and good business practices. It's why he will be only plumber on our list.

Our tech took 2 hours yesterday trying to fix our clog. Clog ended up being past the length of his snake (35ft) so he gave us a referral to another plumber that would have the equipment for it & didn't charge us. No complaints at all.

Last Friday we had a new dishwasher delivered/installed. The installer told us we needed to have the air gap & garbage disposal checked for a blockage as there was water coming out of the air gap when he ran the dishwasher. He said he couldn't do it himself and we shouldn't use the dishwasher until the issue was addressed. As soon as he left, I called All Star Plumbing, having read great reviews in the past about the company and Toan. Toan answered my call (didn't have to leave a message and wait for a call back, that was a plus). He said he could be here in 10 mins...and he was!! He took care of the plugged hose, and our dishwasher was ready to use within 30 minutes of its installation. Highly recommend Toan to anyone who is in need of a plumber who provides great service and is honest, very affordable, and a true professional. Will definitely call on Toan if ever in need of a plumber again.

Alright so here's the story. My wife and I just moved into our new house 2 days ago. The first shower and the toilet starts to back up in the down stairs bathroom. This morning (Monday) I call and leave a message for Twan at 7:15. He calls back around 7:30 with an estimated time of 7-12. Like many other people, you're probably thinking that he shows up at 11:45, right? Nope. 15 minutes later he calls me to tell me he's in his way. We couldn't find the drain cleanout and so this is where the traditional plumber just gives up but this guy is a ""Can Do"" individual. He wouldn't give up. He's the exception to the rule these days people. He goes the extra mile. Legit. Thanks Twan.

We used Toan about a year ago to fix our shower and we were very happy with his work then, so we naturally called him again when we needed repairs to our kitchen sink and dishwasher. The qualities we really appreciate about Toan are:

- He's honest about the work he can do and can refer you to others if needed for work outside his scope
- He's very affordable
- He does great work and is a very nice guy
