I called Toan around 10:30 am and explained to him that my water heater had went out. I told him I had bought a water heater from Home Depot but he said he wanted to see the old water heater first. Toan came to my house around the time he said he would (a huge plus in this industry). Toan looked over my water heater and felt the thermo couple needed to be replaced. He felt my water heater had several more years and felt that replacing the unit was a waste of money. He very quickly changed the thermo couple and had my water heater working in no time. He made some suggestions about how to get the most out of my water heater, mainly airflow. I am very pleased with his service. I would highly recommend Toan to anyone needing his service.

What can I say Twan is awesome. He came to my home because We thought we had a leak. The bathroom faucets were making a clunking noise. He fixed it and explained why it was happening. If you are looking for a plumber you found him!

Come to find out, we went to High School together! What a small world. I am so happy! Not only do we have a new plumbing company, we have a trusted friend.

Every time we call Toan, he is ready and willing to perform a job. My family has used his services twice now, once for a toilet that would not stop running and a faucet that wouldn't stop leaking, and the latest for a tub that was not draining efficiently. Each time he called back within 5 minutes of our initial call and showed up at the house either within 20 minutes or 24 hours! He shows up with a smile, usually gets the work done in 30 minutes or less and we could not be more satisfied!
Hopefully we won't need anymore plumbing work in the future, but if we do or any of our friends need it, we will not hesitate to call or recommend All Star Plumbing!

Toan was great! He scheduled me in right away within a day once I called in. He was on time with our appointment. He fixed my broken drain and replaced it. Also he looked at a bunch of other plumbing issues I had concerns about. I needed work such as my toilet needing new parts due to the weak flushing mechanisms. He was very helpful educating me on ways to save money and advise me on what I needed to do vs not need to do to save some money.Nice, cool guy, very professional, and efficient.I am having him do more work for me in the coming weeks. I wouldn't use anyone else, plus he's local and I love supporting local businesses for our city. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family in the area.
