Needed sewer line unplugged on rental house, called All Star Plumbing, talked to Toan about my needs. Toan said he would get back to me within an hour, which he did. He said he could me there in 10 minutes. He was already there when I arrived and getting setup. He ran 100' of snake out to the street. All Star Plumbing did a great job and highly recommended. The cost to unclog a line is pretty reasonable.

Once again another rental sewer plugged, call Twan at 7:30 am he was there in 15 mins. All Star Plumbing is the real thing.

I needed a plumber right away because of a clogged drain for the line for my washer. Spoke with Twan and scheduled an appointment a few days later. It's very rare that I'm completely satisfied whenever I have things done for my house, but he came through. Twan explained to me in details what he was doing as I watched. Made recommendations and suggestions. Even eliminated unnecessary repairs that another plumber suggested. Twan stayed almost 2 hours and was thorough. Made sure my washer line did not back up the pipes while I was running the machine. He will be my go to guy for future plumbing issues. His priced just right and got the job done.

I needed a plumber to fix a leaking kitchen sink and replace my old faucet. I had previously gotten a quote for $250 from a company that had not assessed the problem beforehand. I thought the quote was a little steep. I saw all the great reviews and decided to call Toan. He returned my call within the hour and he asked if I was home. Once I said yes, he arrived at my house within 15 mins. Some might say he is abrupt but I found him to be very engaging, honest and quick to the point. He got the job done in less than an hour and quoted me half of what the other company quoted. During his visit he received 5 calls from clients needing him for a job. He is a busy man but he is efficient and made sure my sink was in working order with no leaks before he left. He also made sure I had all the info from the faucet manufacturer in case anything happened to the new faucet. I will definitely use him for future projects!!

It's true that you only write reviews for great experiences and terrible ones and this one was great.

I'm mechanically inclined enough to get myself into trouble. During a bathroom remodel and installation of a new toilet I noticed a small leak. After taking it apart I noticed my toilet flange was cracked. A few days of effort and Lowe's trips later I was defeated and sought professional help.

Toan was extremely helpful and even gave me advice over the phone on how I could fix it. Gave it another go and still had the same issue. Toan came over and was quickly able to figure out that is was in fact my new toilet that was leaking and my plumbing was fine!

I think the hardest part of hiring outside work is finding someone you can trust. Toan is that person.
