Everything I read about this company and John on Yelp was true. What a kind and knowledgeable young man. Excellent work, completed in a timely manner and he totally cleaned up afterwards. He is our Plumber, hopefully forever! He also came out the same day I called which was yesterday. We were totally satisfied!

Called 4-5 plumbers and only All Star was able to do same day service. John got to my hs within 30 min from me calling and the work came out great and he did a very clean job. Also, decent price taking into consideration the quick response.

Hot Water Line Leak Under Slab; Rerouted. John analyzed the problem and offered his resolution. The repair process offered was knowledgeable, professional, the best option, and the most cost effective. Work began immediately and continued until completed. Communication continued throughout; what he was going to do, what was next, etc. I even learned a few things. John also recommended professionals who can repair/replace the drywall associated with the reroute. Total cost was in line with industry standards. I took the day off from work (teacher) to get this done; it was done. It would of been even more great if All Star Plumbing offered military and senior citizens discounts; I am a military retiree and a senior citizen. Thanks John and All Star Plumbing!

My garbage disposal was not working, I called different places to get a quote and as hard as i knew it was going to be i begged people if they could come today to fix it. Having a broken garbage disposal is no fun esp when you have to cook....the dishes just pile up. John and his wife communicated with me and even snuck me in today! From the assessment I told them over the phone about my garbage disposal, they said maybe I might need a new one so my husband bought one so they could do the labor. John is an honest guy and came and saw that I in fact didn't need a new garbage disposal...that there was a small black wire (maybe from a bread tie?) that was stuck on the side of the garbage disposal. Me and my husband tried really hard to look for anything and to find it was such a small stupid thing that made our garbage disposal not work was so dumb. Instead of John cheating us and saying we needed a new garbage disposal which the labor would cost us $175 (plus the new garbage disposal we had to buy $110) he simply just fixed it by finding that stupid black wire. We ended up only paying $45 for a house call, that I can't reiterate enough John and his wife squeezed us in today. I appreciate John's honesty and of course for squeezing us in, thanks to you and your wife for being so accommodating! Highly recommend!

Had a slab leak which I was afraid it's going to cost big time...but John managed to just re-route the leaking pipe and just cutting couple of small hole instead! Very very pleased on his work and professionalism! I highly recommend John for all plumbing work! John's work is clean and professional!

Given the nature of my emergency, he guided me over the phone and helped me solve my problem. John, I know you didn't have to do that, but my family and I really appreciate it.

I had a kitchen sink leak and didn't know what to do. So I yelp'd and sent out a distress call. All Star plumbing was the first to get back to me and was available on the weekend. I made an appointment. Prior to the 2 hot window, Reggie ( I think that was his name) called and said he was on his way. I hate people being late to appointment so this was good. The estimate was free, another big plus. Reggie was very polite and honest. Never pushed anything. Once he determined it was the garbage disposal, he gave me options. He went it and purchased it and installed it all in 1 hr. Very efficient. I could not have been more pleased with the service. Will definitely use them again.

John with All Stars is the best plumber in Riverside. He is professional, reasonable and honest. I am in escrow and had a leak running across my driveway Thursday I notice it 2/16/17. I had called my home emergency place and they sent out Lancelot Plumbing on Thursday night. It was raining yet but was about to. They had an attitude to start with, JD was on phone to girlfriend or wife telling her about job and he loves her. They were here 20 minutes at most and state its an HOA issue. Called John with All Star he came out and did leak detection. There was a leak under slab on my main line. Called Lancelot they came back with attitudes and John even came back to show them, he left and they did checking but no digging out dirt and then stated there's no leak. I was frustrated so home emergency sent out Sanford and Son plumbing and they stated they would just run a new line and cut out concrete all the way thru and he couldn't guarantee it would look nice as he isn't a concrete layer? And he too did nothing was here 10 minutes and said could be HOA issue. Amazing i was told no leak in main by 2 licensed plumbers sent by home emergency. I JUST NEEDED IT FIXED ASAP. So I paid John to fix the leak. Thank God I did there was a leak big one under driveway on my side. He was here 4 hours dug out under driveway and we took pictures and video to show water is flowing big time. He repaired it, installed pressure regulator, poured small patch of concrete. Looks like I never had a leak. I was so frustrated that John rescheduled his jobs and did it immediately. Thank you John for caring and taking the time to find the leak. I know it was hard work I watched you dig but you were right from the first time you came out, there was a leak in my main. YOUR THE BEST!
