Anthony called me first to make sure that the service was still needed as scheduled. I told him the app was stating that the leak had stopped. He offered to come out free of charge to check things out. He said there would not be a charge, if the leak detection equipment didn't need to be used. Within minutes, Anthony had identified where the problem was happening, which was with my water softener system. I had put it in bypass, because it was leaking. I stopped the leak by doing that, but it seems it was still leaking internally, which the app was not picking up. Anthony give me options on how to rectify the problem.

The work was good Anthony the plumber removed a leaking sand filter and replaced the open gap with about a foot and a half of 1 1/2 inch galvanized steel pipe and that was it. He was here for about 2 1/2 hours that's including a parts run. What I'm extremely unhappy about is the ungodly price they charged us he wanted $850 I complained I said are you kidding! For 2 1/2 hours labor plus a small amount of parts! He lowered the price to $800 I still wasn't happy I told him I would never use that company again. He took off another 10% so for $720 I got this. Still not happy.

First and foremost when I called All Star Plumbing somebody answered the phone who was in a position to help me. Secondly, the technician showed up on the date and time that was promised. Thirdly, the technician after evaluating the job returned the next day on time with the parts and completed the job. The work was done efficiently and the technician was friendly and competent. I would recommend All Star Plumbing to friends and family.

This company is by far the best plumbing company I have ever used. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family. Very friendly and very reasonable on their prices.

They were on time arriving, very courteous and honest. Anthony was very kind explaining what was probably wrong and our options, unfortunately they are not repairing jetted tubs. He did not charge us for the visit.

Thank you Anthony for helping me with my bathroom sink. You were professional and helped me understand what needed to be repaired. I now have running water again!!

We called them on a Friday to diagnose our leak. They came and said it was a 4 hour job to fix the leak.
On the initial appointment booking, they said if we went with them on the repair, they would give $200 off. They did not and fought us all the way.

I have used All Star Plumbing for a variety of plumbing issues. They have been very responsive each time I've called. They fixed a water softener issue in one home and honored the warranty. They installed two hot water heaters in different homes, with both passing inspection. The fixed a broken valve coming from the wall to a new refrigerator. The biggest problem I have had was buying an older condo that had new appliances installed but had never been used in the past six months. I thought it would be a minor fix on a leaky faucet to the washer but I was wrong. Unfortunately, the washing machine has been a nightmare. Anthony came out and tightened the faucet and stopped the leak. Little did either of us realize that when the washing machine was installed months and months ago that no one had ever used it. So when I started the washer, I couldn't imagine what would happen next. As soon as the water started spinning out, water gushed out onto the floor going everywhere! We switched the power off but the damage was done! Towels were everywhere trying to soak up the water but it had seeped into the floor boards and carpeting. I called All Star but they were closed on a Friday late afternoon. I called my insurance and they helped set up a company to help with the clean up. When All Star did hear my frantic phone message, they sent someone out to see what happened. And, well what happened was that the original installers failed to put the drain hose down the pipe! In fact, it was still wrapped in plastic binding. So All Star fixed that. No charge. Then, I tried to wash again. Now I am so anxious I just know something else is going to happen! I start to wash when I see water dripping from the faucet again! I power the machine off and call All Star again! They sent Anthony out again. He tightened the faucet once again, and he gave me a good explanation of what was happening and said once the faucets were on, they shouldn't be turned off and on. Got it. I'm not touching them! No charge again from All Star. I had to do some errands but I needed to wash clothes! There was no way I was leaving while that washer was on. My visiting adult daughter offered to sit on a chair in front of that washer for the entire cycle (over an hour) and hawk-eye it for me! When I got home, I took the clothes out of the washer and put them in the dryer but noticed they were hot! How could that be? I wash in cold water! Did I forget to put it on cold? I washed another load. I made sure I put it on cold water! I watched that machine like a hawk on a mission listening to its every noise. Got through it and reached in breathing a sigh of relief. But nope! The clothes were steaming hot! Really?! So yesterday I called All Star once again and once again they answered with professionalism and graciousness and got Anthony out once again to see what was happening. He asked if I was sure I had chosen cold water. That was an easy answer. Check. Both faucets were on. Check. He pulled the machine out and checked the hoses. And there he found that the original installers had crossed the hoses with hot to cold and cold to hot. Sigh. Anthony switched the hoses and then went through an entire cycle to make sure the water temperatures were cold and hot when selected. All I can say is I have lived a long time and I have never experienced such a problem with an appliance. Obviously the installation was all wrong and I wouldn't have ever thought to look behind the machine to check to see if the hose was actually in the pipe or that the water hoses were actually hooked up to the correct line. Makes me wonder about that installer. But through it all, All Star continued to answer my call for help and did not charge me extra for the additional calls I made to them to fix this crazy machine's problems. I'm now holding my breath that maybe, just maybe I can wash clothes again but I am standing guard for a while longer.

We suspected a leak in our master bedroom wall between the room and shower. Gave All Star a call and left a message with my concern, and they got back to me that same morning and were able to schedule a technician to come out within the hour. Anthony arrived on time and diagnosed the issue right away and was very insightful on the cause of it. He educated us on the potential damage and proper steps to take to resolve the problem. Diagnostic was provided at no charge and he was willing to answer all questions and concerns thoroughly. Great service!

Showed up the first time but didn't have the needed part. Said they'd call to schedule a time to come in a few days. Two weeks ago by and I hadn't heard from them. So I start calling. They call and set a time. I hear the truck pull up and the guy is just sitting out there for at least 10 mins. So I walk outside. He said he forgot the part he needed (which is why he didn't fix it two weeks prior) and he left. He said he'd be back shortly. That was 45 mins ago. Now the arrival time has past and I still am not able to take a shower. So unprofessional. If they can't fix it just tell me so I can call someone who can.
