I have used All Star since I moved to Hartland 10 years ago. I purchased my AC unit from them and have been very pleased. The owner came over and showed me all my options before purchasing the unit. I have had his technicians do routine maintenance on my furnace as well and they have been both friendly and knowledgeable.

I have had good service in the past but recently called them due to leaking of fluid from my furnace. I showed them where it was leaking and found the main technician totally uninterested in fixing the problem. They cleaned out the reservoir but failed to notice a crack in it. This was picked up when I had a technician from their main competitor come and look at it. Very disappointing service. I have a very hard time getting off from work to meet a repair person and to have to do it twice was not called for. A simple fix and my furnace is no longer leaking. I am afraid that I will never use All Star again.
