Although it was a holiday week, Scott responded immediately to my text about a leaky faucet. His son/partner Mike got the necessary parts (discontinued item so not easy to find) and did a wonderful job. The leak is fixed, plus the faucet works better now than it has in years with greatly improved water flow. Mike wore booties, petted my dog and we had a great convo as well. Best of all, pricing was excellent. My forever plumber from now on!

Chris was excellent. He answered all my texts quickly and came and fixed my sink quickly and easily. His charge was very reasonable. I have now given their name to a few people.

For 18 years, I used the same large commercial oil company to deliver me oil and maintain my burner. Mid COVID lost my job, with that said large commercial oil company dropped me because I requested requested time to pay my bill. This forced me to buy oil on demand from a no frills oil company and with no service contract for my burner.
This month my no-frills company was a little too late, delivering my oil which caused my burner shut down leaving me with no heat or hot water for two days.
I thought I could fix this myself. I watched hours of YouTube videos to no avail. Finally I decide to Google 24 hour emergency boiler repair.... I thought for sure I'd be waiting another 24 hours for someone to come to my house, with that God sends MIKE to the rescue. At 10:30 pm on a freezing Tuesday night I call and get Mike on the phone. Fast forward 15 minutes, Mike is ringing my doorbell. Mike wasn't even on call he just happened to be doing paper work at his shop when I called. I have never had a company be so attentive and caring to a customers needs.
Mike worked on my burner for 45 min. After about 30 minutes I began to prepare myself for the sales pitch. You know the one.. "" Sir sorry to say you're going to need a new oil burner. Not to worry we care about our customers comfort and satisfaction, so for only $15,000 we will sell you a burner and 1 acre of quality swamp land."" Instead, I hear Mike say you're all done Sir, you have heat and you should have hot water in about 15 min. I could go on and on about Mike and his company. I think its safe to say I am a satisfied customer. Mike, I cannot thank you enough for helping me tonight. I will tell everyone I know to call you. Hell I'm even going to tell people I don't know ( hence the review). Thank you again, from one extremely satisfied customer!!!

I first began using All Shore Plumbing after I put a request out on social media (FB) for recommendations for a plumber. Completely dissatisfied with the one I'd been using, I was impressed with the amount of recommendations and positive experiences people were giving about All Shore. I made that first call to them and I'm so glad I did! I've been using them for a number of years now both in our last house and now in our new one, not one regret. If they can help you by answering a question or give you some advice, they actually do it... without charging you for it! Feel like thats almost unheard of these days! Responsive, reliable, honest, fair, knowledgeable, trustworthy and KIND! At the worst, most stressful, occasionally disastrous times, they have been there for me, FAST! Work is done timely, cleanly and expertly. All Shore actually CARES about their work and customers, they've even followed up with me after job completion to make sure everything was working properly and things were OK. Highly recommend All Shore, you will be so happy you called them!!!

A pipe froze and burst behind a wall on Christmas day. I could not isolate it, so I had to shut the water off at the main to stop the leak. Christmas day - no water, no showers, no bathrooms. I called a few emergency plumbers who could not give me an appointment for days. I called Mike at All Shore, he gave me an appointment for 10AM the next morning. His crew arrived on time, they found and repaired the problem quickly, with a minimum of damage to the tiled shower wall that the burst pipe was hiding behind. They saved my holidays!

If I could give 10 stars I would! I had no heat and called several places that were unable to assist. When I called All Shore, a tech was at my house within 10 minutes. Brad was able to get the boiler working temporarily until the following morning, when he and his crew installed a new boiler. I could not be happier and I will be using All Shore going forward for all our plumbing needs!

How am I the first to review?! And why are there hidden 5-star reviews for this company?

Let me tell you a story about a plumbing issue I've been having for MONTHS. Our guest bathroom shower has never worked right. The pressure was so low, our guests preferred baths. I was given two recommendations from the Seaford FB group. One for All Shore and one for another plumber. Somehow the lines got crossed and I ended up hiring the other guy. Let's just call him ""John"" because that was his name. He robbed us blind. Literally took $500 from us to ""fix"" the issue. Spoiler alert: it wasn't fixed. The shower stopped working again last week and I decided to call All Shore this time. Night and day difference. They were so attentive and communicated everything perfectly. Take a wild guess at what the issue was. :::drum roll::: The shower head setting was broken and needed to be moved over to the other setting. Seriously. That's all it was. That's what cost us hundreds of dollars from the other plumber. The guys at All Shore felt bad that it was something so simple and they still had to charge their fee, but to be honest, I wish the $500+ had gone to them because they deserved it way more than John.

From now on we will only be using All Shore for our plumbing needs.
