Spoke to Jason about my water heater not working properly. I was willing to just install a new one. He advised me not to get a new water heater, he said just get the parts under warranty and he would install. Said only 2 things could ever go wrong with water heater and was replacing both parts. Charged me 330.00 to install. Next day the shower still got cold toward the end. Had new floors installed and the floor guy said water was dripping from water heater 4 days after Jason left. Called him and sent someone who said he would charge 200 to replace the valve relief pipe. Really?!?!?! I just paid you 330.00 4 days ago and this started after whatever you did!! Refused to deal with them a second time since this happened after they left. Called another plumber who said the valve relief pipe was clogged, not installed properly after what they did and that the water heater was not properly drained even though Jason said they did drain it. I asked for my installation fee back from Jason since I am out more money because I had to hire someone else to fix his problem and he refused. Unprofessional and a crook. Do not use them.
