After calling two different plumbing companies and not receiving a call back, I called sunshine plumbing heating and air. They were so professional and prompt. They came out right away and took care of our problem. I would definitely refer friends and family to them. They were great with communicating as well. Very satisfied customers!

After calling two different plumbers and not getting a call back, I had All Service Plumbing Company come out for an estimate. It ended up our pipes were attacked by tree roots that clogged our pipes. We had them dig up and replace our pipes that went out to the street, We had all new drainage installed and got a good deal. The service is what really stood out. They were fast and communicated with us well. Very happy we are back to our lives.

I had a leak under my floor. All Service is contracted plumbing company for my HOA. As soon I contacted Shelly and Jason at All Service Plumbing, they immediately engaged a leak detection company and scheduled the leak detection specialist. Once it was confirmed that there was a leak, Jason/Shelly scheduled their team to come over and fix the leak. Paul, from the All Service Plumbing, was the lead. He was very professional, covered the entire house with plastics (to prevent dust from going to the furniture) and start working. Within a very short time, he fixed the leak, put a new layer of concrete and made sure the floor was ready for the repair. Great job All Service!

I called All Service Plumbing to install a new dishwasher at my condo back in June 2014. I spoke to Shelley and made an appointment. I was quoted $104 if I pay cash including a discount since my HOA use them for almost all plumbing needs. I thought this is reasonable because when I called other companies such as A Plus plumbing. They quoted me an outrageous amount of $300(!!!!) for a similar job. All Service plumber arrive on time, installed my new dishwasher then tested it. It was completed within an hour for a new washer so it includes drilling a hole in my kitchen cabinet. Overall, I felt that they are reasonable.

My HOA recommended this company to diagnose a leak in my garage (units overlap each other). Jason answered the phone right away and gave me a 2 hour window. Jason called me back in 30 minutes and have me an updated arrival time.

The plumber examined the situation, informed me of his troubleshooting steps and proceeded to get to work. After opening up a few sections and evaluating my water meter with the water on, he determined that the leak was not from my system but possibly from the neighbors and was possibly old. The neighbor got home toward the end of the hour and the plumber took a look at the neighbors system. He pointed to where the leak could be coming from though go there was t any water in my neighbors place at the time. He did a thorough job and eventually the leak occurred again when my neighbor or was home in the area the plumber mentioned.

I have used All Service twice, first several years ago to repair a leaking water main, the second yesterday, to fix a gas line to my new stove (which I managed to cross-thread). Both times they have been fast to respond, communicated clearly, been clear in their billing before starting work, reasonably priced, and come in at or below the price quoted.

Customer since 2006---no longer! I am so disappointed. I have used All Service on a few occasions over the years, and the plumbers (especially Ron Gordon) have been great. On 4/15/14, we had a clogged sink and I called Shelly at 7am and booked an appointment for between 10-11 am. No one showed. At 12:30, my fiancée called back, Shelly said she never heard of us. So I called and she apologized, said she was confused. This went on all afternoon, us booking, no one showing, me calling back, etc. Shelly gave so many bizarre excuses...we couldn't find the building, we had the wrong address, I thought you were someone else, I fired my scheduler, you called so early I was tired, we didn't have your phone number, we tried calling your HOA (?!) and they never heard of you, you must be renting (I own my place and have lived here since 2006), it went on and on. I stuck with it because they really have been so good so many times. Late in the day when I repeated my phone number 3 times in a row and she kept mixing up the numbers I finally gave up and called Roto Rooter....expensive because they could only come after hours by that time, but we booked on line, they called back within an hour to confirm, showed up as scheduled and fixed it. Great plumbers at All Service....but if Shelly can't get them to my house....what's the use?

This firm was asked by our HOA to investigate our gas lines. I spoke to Shelley to schedule the mandatory appointment. She said that she would get back to me after determining if our unit required an inspection. I called back at the end of the day and Shelley said that the plumber had not gotten back to her. She said she would call me back the next day. I told her to schedule us anyway and if it was found that they did not need to inspect our unit, then we could cancel the appointment. She found it to be a wonderful suggestion. It is no surprise then that the plumber is running late by almost an hour and we have received no call from either the plumber or Shelley. A complaint to the on-call plumber resulted in the promise of a call back. BOO!

I've been remodeling and had the pleasure of utilizing All Service Plumbing Company's services on two occasions. Their receptionist, Shelley, is quite knowledgeable, and on the first visit to my home, John did the work. I was extremely pleased with his efficiency and expertise and requested that he return for the 2nd phase. Once again, he did an excellent job. I am also really satisfied with their fair pricing. It's nice to call a company and receive highly competent assistance. I will certainly utilize their services in the future and highly recommend them to others. I have heard that all of their plumbers are very good.
