Home warranty service, horrible service. Left without a kitchen sink for 2 weeks. Just did it myself instead. They tried to install a 40$ kitchen faucet, when my plan covered 500$ for faucet alone(excluding labor). So bad, that the warranty company dropped them. Showed up to my house without calling. Unprofessional company. Look elsewhere

All service plumbing was assigned to me by Choice home warranty claim for my rental property water heater leak. He just called my tenant and asked him to send him a picture of the water heater. Then he told me, water leak from a water heater cannot be fixed, only to replace the whole unit. Since my unit is still under manufacturer warranty, he said he could help to get the new unit from Home Depot and install it for me. But the cost is on top of the 4 hours labor charge covered by Choice, he will charge me additional $1170.
I don't know how much it usually costs for the labor to replace a water heater these days. This guy charges about $1500 total which sounds way too high. The contractor who installed the unit for me back in 2019 charged $1250, including labor and the unit.

Home warranty claim for my garbage disposal because the first plumber was awful. So old republic Transferred my claim to them. I'll make sure to ask for them if I ever need them again. Great customer service. Great work. THANK you!

I had to use them through my home warranty and the technician said my shower cartridge needed to be replaced. However my shower valve needed to be replaced because it is missing a piece and it's causing water to drip down under my house which is fine. But when I talked to the tech before he came out I specifically asked him can they open up walls because I think the leak is behind my wall, he said yes they do. Then the tech gets here and doesn't open up anything tells me I need to call my home owners insurance and have them send someone out because the entire sheet rock needs to be replaced and they need to check behind the wall to see if there is a leak and possible mold. However because the shower valve is missing a piece my entire claim is denied. I'm pissed because I had to pay my TCF for the guy to tell me something I could of had a restoration company tell me and be able to actually tell me if there is a leak behind the wall that is next to my shower. If I have a plumbing leak again I will tell my home warranty HECK no do not send them to my house. Waste of my time and money!

Very disappointed in this company. My home warranty had them come out to my home for a bathroom sink. It wasn't draining properly. First time, they put some drain cleaner and left. Had to call them back the following day because it didn't work. They came back and still didn't not snake. Said they couldn't? The problem is still there! I decided to pay a company close to my home and in ten minutes, they snaked and cleared out the drain. Definitely a lazy company that seemed to not care.
I would like to add that Justin has come out to my home a year ago and was professional and completely the job. This time two others were sent and the quality of work was very different.

Choice home warranty dispatched this company which is nowhere close to being a local plumber. 60-plus miles away but I can't choose my own contractor. I filed a claim with Choice because I had water leaking downstairs after a shower. I filed the claim online per there procedure. I was dispatched another company also not local. I call to speak to a live agent because I didn't like that company reviews and also add 2 other issues to the service call under the same fee. I was switched to All Service plumbing. After setting up the service call I did my own investigation to see what was leaking in my shower enclosure. The only thing that I thought could be causing the water to get downstairs was under the bench built from the tub to the shower. I had a gap that the installer didn't put silicone from 3yrs ago when I had my bathroom remodeled. I put silicone the dry a day and no more leak. Monday 2 guys from All Service plumbing show up. I told them what I had investigate and sealed and I took 4 shower and it's no longer leaking. Told them I can hear a dripping noise sometimes and to check the shower cartridge. Mike couldn't get the screw out of the handle and said they would have to cut it. Then they go to the other 2 bathrooms and diagnosed those issues. I ask about cut a access panel on the side of the tub enclosure. I was told the warranty company wouldn't pay for and I asked how much $450 I said ok. I didn't want any more holes in my ceiling. He showed me in his Phone the step of service $65 plus $5 more if you don't pay by cash or check. Then he have to go to his vehicle and email the warranty company their diagnosis and they can leave after 10 minutes if no response. He waited about 15 minutes came back to my door and said no response and they would have to reschedule. I get an email from Choice with a reschedule appointment the same day from 3pm to 5pm. I called Justin the owner of the company and was told he didn't know anything about it and gave me the Guy's number that came out. He never responded .Long story short I called the warranty company back they said the claim was placed on hold until they talked to me about cutting a hole in my ceiling. I made that I had found and repaired the leak. They insisted on listening to their professional plumbing vs the customer that said they repaired the leak themselves. I went back and forth with the warranty company and they plumbing company about not cutting a hole in my ceiling to the point where I said remove the master bath job and replace the faucets in the other 2 bathrooms. I was told they couldn't do that I had to pay $65 for a second option or cancel the claim all together. I canceled my contract with Choice and stopped payment on the$65 check I paid. These plumbers want to do unnecessary work of cutting shit up and off in customer homes. I fixed all my issues myself. I called Moen that gives lifetime warranty and all that they sell. Drilled the handle off the shower cartridge and replaced that and the two tub faucets. I pay for a home warranty so why not use it. But in this situation you not going to cutting holes in my ceiling and not repair it 100-% just a patch to close the hole. Hell No.

Ahhhhmazing service!! As a new old home owner, I wanted to make sure everything was good to go & sadly, my pipes needed a major fixing & upgrade. Shout out to these guys for not only having the immediate availability to check out the issues but had quoted fair pricing & got my home back to tiptop shape. You all have a returning customer if I ever need you again! Fingers crossed it wont be necessary!

These guys are about as shady as they come. They came out under another plumbing company's name that I had called and quoted a re-pipe for me. The quote was way higher than I anticipated so I decided to hold off. They then returned to tell me that they could do the re-pipe at a way less rate on the side. So, basically they were stealing business from their current employer that I originally hired. They additionally tried to get me to submit a fraudulent claim to my insurance company to cover the work. I was completely appalled and disgusted with how these guys were being so under handed, and unethical. I would NEVER hire a company who has these types of business practices. If they are going to do things like this, I can only imagine what they would do to their customers for financial gain. Additionally, Justin who I believe is the owner, seemed very young and inexperienced. I would not have trusted him to complete the work anyway. He also smelled like alcohol. Thanks but no thanks!
