At 8:05AM, I called All Service Plumbing, and left a voice mail to request drain cleaning. In less than 10 minutes, Dominic of All Service Plumbing returned my called. Dominic was professional and congenial over the phone. He said they would be able to be out to my home to do the service between 2:00PM and 4:00PM, and asked if that time was to my convenience. I said that it was. Dominic stated that they would call when they were ready to come out.
At 2:05PM, Dominic called and said that Kelly, an experienced plumber, would be at the job in 5 - 10 minutes. Kelly arrived at 2:13PM. Kelly assessed the problem, explained to me the alternatives which he considered would resolve the problem and their respective costs. I made my decision, and Kelly completed the job of clearing our drain successfully and efficiently.
I recommend calling All Service Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work done. Dominic and Kelly are very congenial, respectful, and professional.

I had snaked our kitchen drain several times and couldn't clear it. I called in the morning and the plumber arrived by 12:30. Rey was very professional and polite. He couldn't clear it either but when he went on the roof and came at it through the air vent he was able to get enough force to clear the blockage. He also changed out our sink drain, which was leaking. Service was good and the problem was fixed for a reasonable fee.

When the office called me right back about my leak, Matt and another plumber had just finished another job -- Just 20 minutes later, the two arrived at my Seaside home and quickly and cheerfully went to work on the leaking copper hot-water pipe that I'd found far inside the crawl space. Within an hour and a quarter, they'd found the exact spot that was leaking, cut out and replaced the leaky T-joint, tested for water tightness, and cleaned up thoroughly. They charged for only two man-hours (plus materials), for a very fair total cost.

The work was done in a timely matter with the upmost professionalism. I was completely comfortable leaving Matt alone in my home while I ran errands. Faucet broke late night left msg- got call in morning said between 2 & 4 got there about 3:30. The new faucet we had gotten that morning was installed fast and we were back in business.

I called All Service because of the great reviews on Yelp! As usual, the Yelp reviewers were right. It was not an emergency, just a shower valve problem, so I was happy with an appointment scheduled within a few days. To my surprise, I got an email the next day telling me they had a cancellation, and asking if I wanted to move the appointment up. The scheduling worked out fine for me, and their representative was at my house right on time the next day. The guy was very professional, worked quickly and efficiently, and kept things neat and tidy. I particularly liked that he was happy to explain what he was doing step-by-step and answer all my (dumb) questions. The cost was right at the very reasonable estimate, and everything is working fine. I recommend All Service Plumbing. Next time I need a plumber, I know I'll be contacting them again.

Typical clogged drain in the late evening, so I called Mr. Rooter because they are 24 hour, got a call back and they said they couldnt do it because I didnt have an external clean out and they couldnt bring the equipment in the house for liability reasons. Well I emailed All Service that night and Dominic responded very promptly and let me know what the rates were which seemed quite reasonable so I told him I would like them to come out.
Dominic called me first thing in the morning and said his guys could be at my house by 12, I said great and he then called me back mid morning and said they could be there earlier if that worked for me (It didnt but it was nice to have the option).
A guy named Greg came out, was very professional and knocked the job out in an hour and a half or so and everything was draining as it should and he cleaned up after himself nicely. I looked at the bill and was shocked at how reasonable the price was. I would not hesitate to call these guys again. A+++++
