Today is New Years Eve and our septic has backed up. We called All Septic to come do a pump out. We have been told the cost is $525.00 this is an increase of 100% Holiday pricing...I am so pissed first and for most this is JUST PLAIN BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please tell me when did NEW YEARS EVE become the Holiday??? In my USA New Years Day has always been the holiday. This is by far such poor customer service to extort money from people and use the excuse """" Holiday Pricing"""" . By the way this was during regular business hours as well . signed, Never using this company again on principal

i contacted this company as a new customer. they scheduled an appointment for the same day of my call, which was just after 7:15 am, and told me that an expert would contact me when they were near. they also took my information, and requested my credit card to have on file. i provided everything they asked for. however, twelve hours later, several calls from me, and increased stress, tension and anxiety, no one showed up! twelve hours later, i made my last call to this company and asked them to cancel the service. all septic, all plumbing if this is your idea of service, i don't know how is it that you're in business! first impressions matter and my impression of you is great waste of time and great disappointment! time to try another company!

Called this company to come and pump out our septic tank. Our tank was already backing up sewer into the shower and the toilets wouldn't flush. I explained this to them and they assured me they would be out the next day. They hadn't arrived by 5:00pm so I called. They said they were really busy and would come first thing the next morning. By 1:00pm I had heard nothing. Called again and told they would be there very soon. Called again at 3:30pm and told they were still coming. At 5:15pm had still not heard from them. Called them and was told their truck broke down and they couldn't make it. Now remember we have had clogged toilets and standing sewer water in our shower for 3 days. Disgusting. Also, it was now after 5:00pm on a Friday night. We had to call a different company to come out on Saturday and had to pay an additional emergency fee for a weekend service. I will NEVER call this company again. Also, they never apologized for any inconvenience.

These people are INCREDIBLE. Emily and James are awesome...so caring and thoughtful. He called after he was done to tell me he left it unplugged so if I had left something on inside it would not flood!!!! He even sprayed my wasps for me I am a single older person who lives on a smaller income and have a well/septic. I have had several issues...they come out ASAP, always the most professional acting as well as clean and super nice- they listen to me and diagnosis the problem and fix it on the spot. They NEVER try to sell me things I don't need or rip me off. Not sure about the other reviews here that are bad, but personally speaking I have no issues and all praise. From the girls that answer the phone...to the late at night person for emergencies and the techs....they all deserve an A plus. It means alot to me to have someone I can count on and trust. Reasonable prices and great trustworthy people.

Hurricane Ian filled our septic tank and caused a back flow into our home. I called 22 businesses that were affected by the storm, we received next day service from ASAP. They were the only Game in town. The tech, Guillermo, was very thorough and asked that we make sure the water/toilets were draining. They were not, he went to the clean out and resolved the issue. It may not be a glamorous job, but Guillermo was our knight in shining armor that day. Highly Recommend All Septic All Plumbing!!!

I noticed my toilets gurgling after I flushed and knew that that was a sign of septic issues. I called All Septic All Plumbing, Inc. and Julie answered, she was beyond nice and curtious! They dispatched someone to come to my house on a Saturday (it's always on a weekend when these things happen). The person who came to service my home was Isreal. Isreal was awesome and explained everything to me. Overall, the experience with All Septic All Plumbing, Inc. was AMAZING! It is very difficult for me to give 5 stars because I believe there is always room for improvement. This would be the rare exception. The service was OUTSTANDING from the initial phone call through the actual service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Be careful using this company,I own a duplex in Lehigh Acres Florida managed by a management company. I was informed by them that the sewage was backed up and the septic needed attention. They sent """"All Septic All Plumbing to my property to check things out.I received an estimate for $2,020.00 YIKES. Installation of a new GFI $245.00 Installation of a new septic pump $950.00 Re-piping of the inlet pipe $550.00 Install new plastic circle tank lid $275.00 ARE YOU KIDDING ME ??!! I am a retired general contractor from NY 245.00 to change a GFI receptacle, 275 for a 50.00 plastic cess pool lid 24"""" in diameter, 550.00 to re pipe what??? in pvc plastic ??!! and 950.00 for a septic pump ? The best pump on the market is less than 300.00. What the heck do I know ? I sent another company over to prevent myself from being screwed. Over the phone the told me something is wrong. """"worst case it would never be over $1000.00 They went and checked it out and called me with the results. I have good news and bad news.. The good news is the float was hung up and wouldn't turn the pump on so the tank filled to the top. The pump is good, the GFI is good, no re piping is needed and no pump is needed. Whats' the bad news I asked? You DO need a new lid for the septic tank, it was damaged by the landscaper and needs to be replaced for safety reasons. It costs $50.00 installed. Note the other company wanted $275.00 Yeah, sure, I'll call them the next time I want to get screwed in the you know what !!! Stay away from these crooks

I should have read the reviews before contacting this joke of a company. We are moving to Florida from out of state and I contacted them to inspect the septic tank at the property that we are purchasing in Cape Coral. After being told three separate times that they were coming out, and then not showing until the 3rd time, I was sent a very amateurish handwritten checklist that made no sense at all. At the end of the checklist it said that the septic system was """"NOT"""" in good condition. No explanation, no further details, no information on what needed to be done - nothing. When I called the company to ask for an explanation, I was told the following: 1) I was being """"nit-picky"""" for wanting to know why their inspector said the tank was not in good condition, and; 2) Their poor service was all my fault because I didn't tell them how to do their job and exactly what they were supposed to do during an inspection. They actually blamed their poor service on me. One of their managers finally said that he would send someone out again to inspect it, and naturally the next day the report came back - this time saying the tank """"Is"""" in good condition. Again, no explanation and no further details. I did receive a phone call the following day at 5AM when the manager left a VM saying his guy had simply made a mistake. No apology, no offer to compensate or help in any other way. After this, we could not trust that their company so I hired a different company to go out and inspect the tank. This company was prompt and provided a nice report. They pointed out that ASAP had stated in their report that the tank was 900 gallons, but according to county records and their inspection, the tank was actually newer and held over 1000 gallons. So again, ASAP did not even know what they were looking at, if they even really inspected the tank at all. Stay away from this company - they are the worst.

I hired this company for a sewer line connection and septic abandonment back in December of 2020 and this process with them has been a nightmare and still not over. Their customer service is atrocious. They are extremely unresponsive and ignore you after they receive the first half of the payment to begin working. They damaged an irrigation line while digging to locate the septic tank, and then tried to bury the line without fixing it. If I had not caught them in the act, they would've gotten away with it. Very dishonest company. Now, I have a depression in my front lawn caused by an improper back fill. The job was failed by the city inspectors. We have called them for over a month now, since the depression formed, and once again they are pretty much unresponsive and ignoring us, but had the audacity to request final payment. We had one individual contact us and say he would come by and rectify the problem. Still nothing. I would advise anyone to stay away from this company.

This company was recommended to us by Aztec Plumbing. My husband made an appointment on Wednesday with ASAP to come to our home on Friday. He took the day off from work and was told they would be here after 9 a.m. As of 2 p.m. no ASAP. He called them and was told they were on their way. No response. At 9:15 they called and wanted to reschedule for Monday. No apologies, no explanation. My husband was less than cordial. ASAP decided to come. At 10 p.m. they show up to our home to pump out the septic tank. Very large truck and noisy. Neighbors were not pleased and neither were we. They handed us a $275 bill. Again, no apologies, no discount. ASAP your business sense and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I am a real estate agent in this area and can recommend services to many people. Your company will not be recommended. No excuse for this type of treatment and it will be remembered.
