If I could leave zero stars I would. After Adam cancelled our first two appointments I gave him one last chance, my mistake. I drove 30 minutes to meet him at the house to be serviced and he cancelled via text message after he was already supposed to be there. No prior notice, and now he won't answer my texts or phone call. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Don't waste time with this company. Robert failed to show up as scheduled and made excuse after excuse for several days. Call any other septic service company and save yourself the grief.

The driver drives like a idiot. Rides in the fast lane going way below the speed limit. When trying to pass him, he would speed up to block you in!! I would never use this company!!

How ironic. Here's the company tag line.

"No matter the season, we will be there."

I guess that means all seasons except the summer season. I scheduled with a man named Robert on Friday July 8th for a septic pumping and inspection on Monday 11th as I had a buyer desperately waiting for the report. I never heard from the company on Monday. On Tuesday, i called and texted Robert several times pleading with him to give me an update. Never got a response. What a shameful way to treat a first-time (and last-time) customer.
