Barbara O.First off, the invoice on the work that my husband had done does not list an address on it, just a couple of phone numbers. That is already a red flag. That said, I can only assume this is the same ""All Seasons......."" They came out last fall to repair a sewer line that had collapses. Over $13K later, they said they were done, but they had left all the dirt from the job piled up on the lawn. ""We'll come back in the spring to put it back."" We waited. Three weeks of phone calls got us nowhere. Finally, after I called one day and gave them a few choice words, they sent a few guys out who shoveled some of the dirt back, but we have a 20 foot x at least 18"" by 4 feet wide pile of dirt still on our lawn. That is not DONE. These guys love to take your money and then don't bother to finish their job. Use someone else.
Dan F.This company is a ripoff, they charged me $300 for 5 minutes work and $385 to use a video camera in my sewer line without first quoting me the cost of using the video camera or the cost to dig up my sewer line. I'm sure there's more honest plumbers but these people are definitely not in that category. DO NOT USE this company, you'll be sorry if you do.
Joe N.Had my sump pump replaced 4/18/13 the day of the heavy rains and flooding. I am located in Orland park and they came out very late. So i can see possibly charging extra for going out of thier area and a late night emergeny call.
Total price was $650.00. I know nothing about sump pumps and thier cost (at least I did not then) I know that good pumps can cost in the 300 - 400 range. So taking that into consideration and the time of night 650.00 seamed extreme to me but what can you do.
They put in a Coleman 1/3 horsepower submersible sump pump and a new check valve. You can buy that pump at Menards for $130.00 and get a check valve some where around $10.
I had the old pump out of the pit already and all they did was put in the new one in around 20 minutes. So I will leave it for you to decide. Do you think $530 for 20 minutes work even late at night is high. I do
