The man is rude. Let me first explain that I have two veterans in my home, both over 90, that my wife and I care for. I was scheduled for service yesterday. I was assisting one of the veterans and missed a phone call from Mr Escobar. So he didn't come yesterday. Today he arrived. My little dogs were in the house. My wife asked if he could wait 30 seconds while she put them outside. He was visibly agitated. Once in the house, he was asked to wait about 5 minutes as someone was getting out of the shower in that bathroom. He then blew up saying we messed up his day yesterday and he could not wait 5 minutes. My wife asked him to leave. Sidenote: the veterans are family members. This is not a business.

Unreliable. They never showed up to a scheduled appointment. Had to call them back to reschedule. They then promised to provide an estimate but never followed up. Zero customer service and lack of follow through -- would definitely not recommend them.

The other poor reviews already say it all - All Seasons will leave you very disappointed, so save yourself some headache and choose somebody else. During this past summer, by referral from our condo building contact, my girlfriend and I reached out to All Seasons to have our water heater replaced.

Unbeknownst to us at the time, the installation of the new water heater - which we thought had gone smoothly despite the exorbitant cost - also left our heat broken. We eventually found out when the weather started to get colder in early October and we could not get the heat to work.

Despite several visits, all of which were very tardy (even by repair service standards) and caused great inconvenience to our schedules, the heat was not fixed until late December (months after we first reached out)! Each person who came to ""fix"" our heating had a different theory about why the heat was no longer working - only one thing was clear, it was not working as a result of the new water heater installation. We'll certainly be calling a different company next time . . . .

TL; DR: Do NOT Use All Seasons.

I wish I would have consulted the reviews here first, but I guess I didn't find it necessary since this was being recommended by a third party. Nonetheless, my experience was not what I would have expected based on the recommendation and am therefore writing this review (I have since informed my ""recommender"" about this, who told me he would no longer be recommending their service).

Staff was courteous and was able to fix our problem. Our issue came with the most sensitive part of service rendition, the invoice and its charges. I was billed for 45 minutes of labor that were not rendered. The plumber who did our work put a ""start time"" of 45 minutes prior to entering our home. I called their office to address the issue and they did confirm that the plumber's van did not arrive to my address at the time stated on the invoice. They said they would remedy the problem and credit me back for 30 minutes of labor charged. Even though I was not satisfied with the solution because it really should have been 45 minutes of credit, I put that issue to rest. A few days later I checked my card statement and the credit STILL didn't reflect the 30 minutes I was told would be reimbursed (it was some dollars less). I did not call back about this because I thought it would be more useful for me to spend the time on writing this review than having to deal with them again.

In sum, the experience felt like they were trying to scam me out of money. And to me, there simply is no excuse for that kind of work ethic.

I am a Property Manager and have worked with All Seasons Plumbing for over 20 years. They are always more than professional and have always done great work. The owner of the company Bob has always made sure that all jobs are taken care of and completed correctly. The staff has always been professional when working with owners and tenants. The office staff goes out of their way to insure that all emergency jobs are taken care of ASAP. I would recommend All Seasons Plumbing to anyone who is looking for have any type of plumbing, HVAC, WSSC inspections, etc.

Despite talking to Bob and following up with three email attempts, I never received a response. I would never trust this business on my property.

Whatever you do, do not call this company under any circumstances.

They do not understand how to work with customer and their ""technicians"" have no customer service skills at all. They just want to walk through your door and get the $75 per visit fee.

All Season Plumbing was recommended to me by the Condo Management office in my neighborhood. This was a total disaster and I wish that I had looked further when I needed a plumber.

The whole issue that I was having was that the diverter in one of my showers was not working correctly and I wanted someone to come look at the issue. We are in the process of selling our condo and during the inspection, this came up as an issue.

First ""technician"" arrived a few weeks ago and after he walked into the bathroom and looked at the diverter for 10 seconds, he said that he could not fix it. He said that the diverter was inside the faucet and he could not fix it. Then he told me that he was leaving. No recommendation on how to fix the issue at all. He just wanted to leave as soon as possible.

I called the office and spoke with Kenny and he said that the faucet in our shower was a very rare and that we would need to replace the whole shower mechanism behind the wall. I was very upset and I asked him why he did not ask me to explain what the diverter looked like when I first called. I told him that I could have texted him a picture of the faucet and he admitted that would have been a good idea. Why do I have to the the one to make suggestions on how to solve my plumbing issues?

Kenny told me that I will need to buy a whole new shower mechanism at Home Depot or Lowe's and they can install it for me. Will probably run about $500 to install it and it would take about two hours. I was upset with cost of two hours of labor, but I needed this fixed and we scheduled a time for someone else to come out and fix the issue.

Monday AM a ""technician"" arrived at 8:00AM and began working on solving the issue. He needed to cut a hole in the drywall to re-route the copper pipes and install the shower mechanism. He was very nice and courteous and even though it took a little longer than two hours, he only charged me for the two hours of the project. We tested everything out and the diverter was working properly.

The next morning, my wife goes to take a shower and the water coming out of the faucet and shower head is only lukewarm at best. We tried all of the other faucets and showers in the house and they all were cranking out VERY HOT water. I called All Seasons back and the gentleman that answered the phones said that the factory settings on all of the shower mechanisms are set at a very low temperature, so that people do not burn themselves when they first turn on the shower.

Makes sense to me. He said that he could walk me through how to adjust the the temperature, as long as I had the correct allen wrench. Turns out that I did not have the right size and he needed to schedule another ""technician"" to come out. He said that it should take less than five minutes to fix the issue and that the person that showed up on Monday should have known to do this.

The ""technician"" showed up this AM while I was at work and my wife let him in. He took off the shower knob and took a 15 second look at the mechanism and said that it was broken. He could not adjust the temperature and we needed to buy a new shower mechanism.

She then grabbed the instructions from the box, read the directions on how to install the shower mechanism and she pointed out to him how to make the adjustment. He then told her that was not right and that he could not fix the issue.

My wife asked him nicely to get out of the bathtub and asked for a set of pliers and she adjusted the shower mechanism. Now we have HOT water in our shower and the ""technician"" was not able to help us out. My wife is far from handy and she figured out the issue in a matter of five minutes.

Overall, All Seasons is not a good company to be working with and everyone should stay far away from doing business with this company.

If you do not want to trash your money down the drain, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! . This company has unethical/dishonest and rude business conduct.

Unfortunately, I trusted my condo manager's recommendation (without checking internet reviews) and trashed my money down the drain: The customer service did not listen to my need and actual problem even though I indicated several times clearly what was leaking (I knew exact leaking spot through my own testing) and what needed to be replaced when I did scheduling for the repair. The plumber did unnecessary work (for the part I knew that was not leaking-I told him but did anyway) to charge and did not fix the actual problem. The plumber also intentionally prolonged the time that was a decision point for me not to schedule next appointment for unfinished work. After the plumber left, I called the company. The company/customer service representative denied wrong doing when I told her that I did not ask for the work the plumber did. She was also rude. Briefly, the customer service representatives were the worst ones whom I ever talked to and deal with in my life and the plumber was unfit for honest and quality work.

This company is incompetent and does not conduct buiness ethically. DO NOT USE THEM. I live in a condominium and the neighbor below me had a leak. The management company of the condominium assocation hired All Seasons to come and take a look. The plumber from All Seasons came to my door and asked me to allow him in. He came in, saw no problems, and left. A few minutes later, he came back. He said he saw the leak in my neighbor's pipes under my toilet, and asked me for access to that pipe through my bathroom. In good faith, I let him in, for a second time. As I watched, he started to rip up the toilet. I asked him what he was doing, and why, and he did not respond. I asked him not to rip up the toilet as that made no sense to fix a leak in the pipe below. He said ""he was the boss"" and continued with the process. He left my toilet in disrepair, and left my house. I talked to the manager/owner of the company, Kenny Mohamed, by phone to report the incident. He said he would get the plumber in his office and call me back in a few minutes. He never called back. Instead, a week later, All Seasons sent a bill for $800. I called Mr. Mohamed again, and we got into a heated discussion. He said he had his plumber's report, there was nothing to discuss, was not going to talk to me, and hung up. In the meantime, I called a different plumbing company to reset my toilet and repair the damage done by All Seasons. They confirmed All Seasons had caused damage to my toilet when ripping it up, confirmed All Season's incompetence, confirmed there had not been anything wrong with my toilet to begin with, and added that All Seasons was obviously trying to sell a bill of goods and run up a bill.
