I called All Seasons when I had a leak under the kitchen sink. The 1st time they were out they said they couldn't locate the source of the leak and tightened all of the connections. A week later it was leaking so I called them back out. On their 2nd trip out they determined the faucet WAS leaking. They installed a new faucet I had previously purchased. In all I was charged $165 per trip ($110 per hour for labor + $55 travel time) totaling $330 to replace a leaking kitchen faucet that I provided. Due to their incompetence of not being able to identify an obvious problem, not only am I out an inordinate amount of money, but due to the continued leaking the cabinet under the sink has been damaged and needs to be replaced.
