Do not call unless you want disappointed and lied to. Did a partial job then wanted almost 5 times the amount to finish. Called the manager, nothing. Called his boss was promised he'd look into and call me back, nothing. Classic bait and switch. I would give 0 stars, but that's not a choice.

Big time kudos to All Seasons. Sent out a tech on short notice on July 3 who went into a sweltering hot attic to fix our system so we had a nice cool 4th! Great job! Reasonable rate!!

All Seasons did an excellent job installing 2 furnaces and 2 ACs. They were able to complete the job in two days and we are very happy with our upgraded system. I will recommend to friends.

I have used this company for all most 20 years. There service has went from good to terrible. They are also very expensive now, up charge you at every chance.
I cancelled my service contracts after having them out a half dozen times to fix the same thing!

I would have preferred to give them a zero. They were first called on a Sunday on a ""friends"" recommendation. The on-call ""serviceman"" talked me out of having them come out. I diagnosed
the problem as a bad fan motor on my A/C central air unit. It was locked up. So they said they would have someone come out the next day, get the number off the motor and install a new one the next day. The next day turned out to be the 2 days later as the ""serviceman"" couldn't call the part number in and get the part in the next day. He had to physically deliver the part number to ""headquarters"", I guess. The REAL issue is the charge of $466.00 for at most $150 part. I found it on Amazon a couple of weeks later for that amount after the repair They also added a $89 dollar ""diagnostic charge even though I told them what the problem was. I understand the ""company needs to make a living, but a mark-up of 2 times the actual cost of the motor would have been fair. So if you would enjoy getting overcharged for a later than promised repair, this is the company for you!

I have used All Seasons for more than 20 years. They are prompt, competent, and competitively priced. We have a bizarrely complicated boiler and circulating hot water system for heat, and they kept it running smoothly. When we have needed repairs, they have always gotten it right. And their staff is just plain nice. Tip: get on their planned service plan, where they service the unit automatically once a year. They get to know your system, catch things before they become a problem (like loss of AC compression), and give you priority service if anything does go wrong.

If only there was a way to indicate no stars. I received a competitive estimate for new Lennox furnace and AC units with new duct work all with installation. Was told that my existing air flow box was in good shape. After they installed my unit it whined and whistled,loudly. They came out and tried to fix, but to no avail. Then we negotiated a permanent fix which was to uninstall and reinstall with new air flow box which clearly should have been done from the start.They showed to do the promised work, but didn't. I find them to be dishonest

Would rate zero if possible, terrible company, do not use. I had to call them because they are the only Lennox dealer in town, such a regretful decision . I had some trouble with my flame sensor, the furnace wouldn't stay on (happened twice in the past 3 years). Called them and had the technician coming in. At the time the technician came in, the furnace was working fine. The technician spent about 10 minutes flipping switches and so on, then told me something was wrong with the board where the flame sensor was connected to. To fix that, I would have to pay about 500 dollars. I told him I would think about it and decide later. After the technician left, we turned the furnace on again, now the ignition would not work. This had never happened before. How convenient for my ignition to break down as soon as the tech advised me to spend 500 to replace my board. Give the company a call, was told they had nothing to do with it. The manager lady said she didn't have time to argue with me. End of the conversation. Even if you have Lennox, try not to use this company, definitely a better idea to have some other companies to take a look and then order the parts online than to use All Seasons.
