I had a serious flooding problem, especially during heavy rains. All Seasons came highly recommended and I now can see why. Representative and engineer carefully measured the entire house and property, I mean everything! Determined I did not need foundation repair. To address my flooding they proposed a French drainage system that incorporated the entire back yard down the front yard to the street. After much indecision on my part, especially what river rock to use, the project was completed to my satisfaction; it is beautiful. All Seasons Foundation Repair sets a good example for all other businesses. They are of high integrity, honest, hard working, professional and really address the client's needs including budget constraints. Thank you Tim and John for your extreme patience.

I live out of state and I put in an offer on a house in Garland with an option period. John recognized the urgency to get in and get a quote. John had Quote and drawings to me within 48 hours of me calling him.

I was able to take his quote back to the sellers and got them to pay for a good portion of the foundation work that was needed. This ultimately saved me about 3,000.00 off the purchase price and would not have been possible if he had not been extremely quick to get out to the property and get the quote.

The price quoted was reasonable and I moved forward with the work.

On the down side, the work got delayed a few times due to their scheduling and weather. While I understand that things happen and you can't control the weather, I found out about the delays later when I called to get an update. This created a bit of chaos with other contractors that were supposed to go in after their crew.

I would definitely recommend All Seasons and if I use them again, I will be very clear in timelines and make sure that if they have to push back, they call me so I can better coordinate the other contractors.

I appreciate John's work and him recognizing the urgency to get me my quote ASAP. For that, I will be back when my next house looks like it needs foundation work.

Tim is honest and supervises all the jobs himself. He always answers the phone or calls you back. Super easy to work with and is competitive with his pricing. He was not able to start my project on time due to rain but always answered the phone when I called for updates. I highly recommend using him.

Tim kept us very informed as to when repair would be done. The installation of 15 piers were done in one day because he hired additional crew. Usually it will take two days. I was very pleased with the work and cleanup afterwards.
