Cut-rate service deserves a cut-rate price. They won't test backflow devices in crawl spaces -- not even walk-in crawl spaces. (Probably because the devices last much longer when they're inside, so they can't sell as many new devices to those homes.) They don't provide a copy of the report, just a sign on your door whether you passed or failed. Since they only do the easiest of the easy jobs, I would suggest you negotiate a corresponding rate reduction before hiring this company.

I used them for backflow testing- took 4 weeks to come and when I needed them back out to test its was going to be anther 3 weeks. Amy was nice on the phone but with this kind of time frame and the unwillingness to get back out after waiting so long is unacceptable. Called Womack (Eco Flow) who was out in three days for less money.
Confirm costs for service/timelines and return cost if needed.
