All seasons would not book us an appt. for today because we are renters (18 yrs)....and not owners of our Condo. They would need the owners permission (out of town owner), we were told. This despite the fact that they have been here twice recently doing repairs (toilet and garbage disposal)...and WE pay upfront, and then we get reimbursed from the owner, as she prefers that we make the decisions. They could not explain the reason for this, as we pay the day the service is done. So for some reason they seem to want to get rid of good customers, which they have succeeded in doing.

A/C broke and it was super hot that day! They were able to arrive within 30 minutes. They promptly diagnosed the problem and immediately started the repairs. Technician was knowledgeable, very polite and adhered to Covid guidelines.

I felt it was a bit pricey, but we were in a bind, and had no time to shop around.

During a spell of 110+ degree days, we had our AC start leaking in the ceiling and create a huge problem. Had to go without AC for several days while arguing with a home warranty company. Eventually, we learned that the unit was installed a year earlier (about 7 months before we bought the home) by All Seasons so we called them to help even though it would be outside our warranty. The bad news is, the technician explained that poor installation decisions on their part caused the problems. The good news is, from that moment, All Seasons stepped up and took care of everything. They even contracted an outside handyman to do all the drywall work. I never had to argue or convince them to do the right thing. They just took responsibility and knocked it out of the park. I ended up signing on for the 1-year maintenance plan because I was impressed by their commitment to get the work done right. They should have done the job correctly in the first place (that's why I am pulling 1 star from my rating), but they made it right and I respect that. When I use them in the future, I've no doubt it will result in a rating of all 5 stars.

After having been scammed by countless Air Conditioning service and repair outlets here in the desert, I am so grateful to find a company and serviceman (shoutout to Zack), that demonstrated integrity and didn't scam me when they/he easily could. He spent an entire day finding a cost-effective solution to a problem, as well as repairing some things free of charge, whereas a prior company was going to charge me for an entire compressor replacement. All Seasons Air just won a customer for life!

Called this plumbing service to replace a $10 fill valve at a seasonal rental we have tenants in. Was told the service call was $90 plus the cost of the part. Asked what the price for a fill valve would be and was told by Frankie that he couldn't discuss the price with me. Figured at most maybe they would charge $40 for a $10 part so I'd be looking at $130. After the work was complete Frankie called to say the problem was the fill valve, as I expected and the cost was $132 for the fill valve plus $90 for the service call, total $222. Now I understand why they won't give a price over the phone! If I knew I was going to be paying this much for a $10 part to be replaced I would of made the 2 hour drive out to change it myself. Do not use this company for plumbing unless you want to get ripped off especially if they won't give you a price upfront.

I want to recommend All Seasons again. I had a very bad experience with their former employees. But, for the last 2 days Tyler has fixed all of the problems. He went above and beyond my expectations. I am very happy that All Seasons has stood behind their work. Yes, I would use them again.
