I returned David B's call twice, and was told both times he was ""out of the office"" by his secretary who would ""notify him asap"" that I had called to try to resolve my bad review, which I would've happily done. Oh well, I'm not going to try to pursue a resolution anymore.

I would highly recommend All Seasons. I need a plumber immediately as there was a small gas leak at my vacation rental home. Darren came out within 90 minutes and fixed the problem. In fact he found a second leak that the gas company missed. He was highly professional, responsive, and a great communicator. He followed up with me when the job was done to let me know all of the work that had been completed and the total charge. Once again, I would highly recommend them.

Sitting here waiting for service to a brand new air conditioner that was installed last week. It isn't working and have been lied to as to when
they will arrive to service. Terrible service despicable lying on arrival times. Shawn should be ashamed of himself.

All Seasons saved us. My ac went out, called The General, who we bought the unit with 2 years ago. They said they had to order a part and it would be two days at most. 4 days later, with no ac during July, The General couldn't tell me when the part would be in. I called All Seasons, talked to David. He asked me a few questions about the part and told me he would do his best. 10 minutes later, David called back. The part is available in Thousand Palms, he would pick it up and have a tech at my house first thing in the morning. Next morning, Darren shows up, goes over the whole system and gets the ac working that day. He also cleaned up trash in the attic left from The General. All Seasons now has a customer for life. Thank you David for your quick response and thank you Darren for spending the time to get it done right.

My AC had completely quit when I called All Seasons. It was so hot, I was desperate. A repairman (Zack V.) came to the rescue. He told me the truth, my AC is old and tired, but he was determined to try and get it working. And he did. I couldn't have asked more a more polite, hardworking and concerned repair person. I highly recommend this company for AC repair, and a special thanks to Zack for his help and concern. And it looks like my old AC has made it through the summer.

We have been working with All Seasons for many Years, We just upgraded to a on Demand Hot Water System, Once again they did what they said they would do!
We have never had better customer service from start to finish with a valley vendor!
Glen did the install, and as always it went flawless!, He has maintained our HVAV and plumbing for our last two houses in Palm Springs and we always know the systems are going to perform !
David came to look over the last Job and as always makes sure that the customer is happy! and we are!

My home in Cathedral City had a 50 year old furnace and a 25 year old AC. Time to update. Three contractors provided bids for similar systems. All Seasons was the only contractor who was willing to do the complete job, including repairs to the furnace room. Their pricing was comparable to the other bids. Most important, they spent the time to thoroughly discuss my needs and options. There was no sales pressure and the quality of the installation is impressive. Glenn, Ishmael, and David all worked together to get the installation done right! I highly recommend these folks.

They continue to do great work. Still pleased with the work they did last Sept, I had some other plumbing issues come up from my renters and All Seasons was there that day to resolve the issues.
