I have had heating issues for a while and have been trying to fix it through American Home Shield. I have had four visits from AHS service vendors all with no results until today.

I have spoken to Todd at All Season's (not an AHS vendor) and he helped with suggestions as to what may be wrong and even offered to have someone come out and check. I had a couple subsequent calls and always received a timely return call.

I had scheduled a visit to re-check the unit and also perform an air-conditioning service however, had to cancel as AHS is replacing the furnace/combination unit.

While Todd was great, his team answering the phones and calling to schedule appointments are absolutely amazing!

I will be calling All Season's to come and check the new installation as well as the ducts etc.

My heater went out after the original installer charged me quite a bit 2 months ago for a whistling sound and failed to let me know other parts were also a problem. I noticed it not working when I came back into town 2 days ago. I called All Seasons this morning and had a tech out here by the afternoon.
Edgar was great, he was on time, found the problem quickly and the repair was done in a timely manner as well. Their rate was better than the original installer as well.
Happy to have found All Seasons and will definitely be calling them in the future.

I went back to All Seasons to help with a serious leak that flooded my kitchen last night. As usual, they responded immediately and had Sam come out first thing the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the leak and had a solution at hand. Everything was fixed within an hour! The price was much lower than I expected and everything was up and running before he left.

I have an annual contract with All Seasons and it has saved me a lot of money plus I get excellent service.

Continue to highly recommend!

I just purchased home and needed work right away to replace old water pressure regulator. Hector was fabulous and worked within my budget. I also needed a new toilet tank system which Robert and Sam installed. Very pleased and reasonable price. I recently needed kitchen faucet replaced and Chris came out. After I bought new faucet Oscar came to install. He was extremely personable. Not to forget Armando who came to inspect unit on roof. This company keeps me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend.

Called for emergency service for a HVAC problem, Very timely repairman came over within 3 hours of the call. Found the problem, but quoted me $1,400 + $300 labor for a $200 part. I looked up the part and showed it to another HVAC contractor today and paid $800 for parts and labor. All Seasons, you should be ashamed. Do you really do this to people on a regular basis?

Will NEVER call on them again, and to all of you reading this, google the part number and don't let them do this to you.

They fixed recirculating hot water! Robert is very knowledgeable tech and only charges when he solves the issue!

Hector and Chris did great work of replacing gas lines to the outdoor kitchen. They did clean neat work with little damage to the concrete area of the patio.

I have used All Seasons for many projects, some involving intentional remodeling and several for emergency situations. It turns out they really know how to jackhammer! Besides plumbing, I've used them for a full HVAC venting rerun, AC maintenance, and furnace repair--have to love a home built in 1960.

I'm glad I signed up for the Member Program; it has saved me a fortune. Speaking of price, they are not the cheapest in the valley, but they are reasonable and reliable, so it's worth the few extra dollars.

I keep going back because they are prompt, friendly, work well with other contractors, and consistently deliver solid, quality work. I try to work with Robert whenever possible, but everyone on the team is great. I hope my future interactions with them will be for planned projects, but either way, I know they'll be there when I need them.

They installed a new system in My Home with thermal clear and it's working amazingly and also included an indoor air quality package. I've never seen before absolutely brilliant.
