We had just moved into our home and had a list from the home inspection that needed to be done. I explained we were planning to renovate so Alvin categorized the tasks into things he should do now, things that can wait until the renovation, and things I could probably diagnose myself if I had a shovel and some spare time. Instead he advised of conservative prices first with the estimated life expectancy of the work.

These guys are great!!! The owner really works with you, in working out a plan that you can afford!! Their work is top quality and they even fixed what other companies have screwed up before!! They did my jobs right away, no waiting for weeks until they had an opening!! They also don't make a mess, if they have to dig in your yard, they put everything back the way it was, including the top sod!! They are respectful and considerate!! I highly recommend them!! I would highly recommend this company. Alvin is friendly, reliable and gave us an amazing price. Our kitchen sink got clogged over the holidays and he came to our rescue.
