Horrible customer service. Called to come look at a hot water heater. The technicians were very nice. Said they would call to see if part was under warranty or if not would give me a price. Never received a return phone call. When I called them to inquire the status they were very rude and uncaring. Finally called back and said part would be 14 days. Called another company they got the parts and fixed the heater within 2 hours. All season is not only rude but also very unknowledgeable about their business. I would avoid at all cost.

Keep getting phone calls from 8727778295 saying they are this business and are offering a deal on Duct Cleaning. I told them that we are on the Do Not Call List-they just keep calling. I called the business directly. They denied any knowledge of this telemarketing campaign and told me to call the BBB. Someone is lying somewhere, the telemarketer had information on prior HVAC calls to my home.
