Showed up a day late on Sat. Booked for Fri between 6 and 7p Wouldn't answer his phone again!. Came Sat. Didn't fix the clogged pipe and went home. Next day, Sun) again a no-show. I've been waiting 5 hours as of now & he's not answering either of the 2 phone #'s I have for him. Just heard from him after threatening to leave bad reviews on all sites. BS excuse. """"He's out of state"""" (and can't count the hours difference in the time zones). First he said he was finishing a job from the AM! His manager, (brother) was in charge & he nor Nick's partner was aware I had called! More BS. This AH claims he wasn't aware I had called 10 times. Yet Nick claimed to be managing the work from where he was (home) where his partner (girlfriend or wife) started screaming into the phone. Right, out of state my butt! Now he wants more money to fix what he did not fix yesterday. I had to pay 750 cash up front before he started the job yesterday! Made me go to a bank to get it cause he didn't take any other form of payment. His ads say credit cards accepted! I wasn't told in advance of the cash only problem. I would not have hired the scammer had I known. Much more to say but I've written enough for you to know he's a crook and to stay away from his rinky dink bs co.

The quality of the service requested was poor. I am giving this business 1 star because the owner refused to return to do an inspection/diagnostic for a leaking pressure relief valve in the home water system in order to find the source of the leak. He wanted to do a quick fix and swipe out the old valve with the new one, get paid and leave. The new water pressure valve is still leaking. He refused to return and placing the source of the leak on the water heater. If he had done his job, the issue would have been narrowed to the problem and I could have moved forward. He charged me $700 for a small job that took less than 25 minutes. I had to ask for the 15% senior discount that was advertised. In my opinion he's not about customer service, rather the money. It is so disheartening when businesses try to take advantage of others. I would never recommend his company!!!

Nick, the owner is great to work with! He communicated really well, described the repairs needed and was kind to meet my price range. Scheduling was within the same day and then returned for repairs within the next day after the diagnoses and let me think on it. I recommend him alone on his customer service. Thank you for working with me!

Hired All Round Repair and More. Paid all upfront as they said was Florida law. Have rescheduled 5 times. Have my money. I told them I cancelled return my money. called my county for help.

Honestly, the score would have been worse but the owner was a good kid and respectful. However, his associates in their work ethic, timing, and quality of service were poor. When you pay over 5K for a project you expect punctuality, top equipment, and a fine clean-up. I received known of those things. I feel I was overcharged on equipment and time. Frankly, Angi's List I am surprised that they were """"A"""" listed. If I had not called every time to see where they were I would still be waiting (I am still so, if they decide to come back once again to clear out my drains that still have dirt and water, pick the PVC pipe, and clean off my fence with dirt and muck on it, I am here). Did not communicate well and had to come back multiple times including when the pump did not work the first time and my house was almost flooded. At this point, if they come to finish great but this was an unacceptable chain of events.

Never received service due """"no show"""", not once but twice. Received confirmation that he would show up on Saturday, but received a message stating he would not be able to come and if service could be rescheduled the following day. I should have gone with my """"gut"""" and told them """"no"""" however I decided to give them a second chance and agreed to schedule for the following day. I texted and sent a message via YELP early in the morning to correct the house address (which was within """"2 houses"""" so not a significant address change). Never heard anything but giving them the benefit of the doubt, I still arrived at the home and remained throughout the time frame they said they would arrive. They never showed up and never heard from them on Sunday. We are currently under contract with a home and need to complete various inspections during a specific time frame. It also takes coordination with the current owners so unfortunately, we wasted 2 days and disruptions of people's schedules. No communication or follow up. While this is very unprofessional, I sincerely hope everything is """"okay"""" and there wasn't a true emergency.

Had my drains snaked by 2 other companies and still had problems until Nick and his team came out and gave me a full home Hydrojetting and now everything is perfect! Highly recommend this company, not too expensive and will definitely hire them again.
