Very unprofessional. I called around to check prices. I thought this one would be reasonable since Chinese run are generally cheaper but not these guys. They will also still charge if not able to successfully service the job. I initially had the Mr. Rooter company come out to try to unclog a drain at the side of the house. That company didn't charge after not being successful as that is Mr.Rooter's policy. The problem was a p-trap under the ground that needed replacing. They recommended excavating and quoted $650. I then thought i'd try All Rooter for a better price and they quoted me to my surprise about $1800!. Almost 3x the amount. The owner or one of the owners was the one who I was transferred to and got this quote. I asked why so expensive and he said they need to get permits and excavate. When I mentioned do they really need permit as I was told from Mr. Rooter that it wasn't needed, then the guy said, ''OMG, there will be a lot of noise so we need permit, . How do you expect us to do it? Chinese Kung Fu!??'' Yeah that was direct quote. So i guess you'll have to be careful what questions you have since you might this kind of reply back.

Great service! Emailed them early Saturday morning, received a call at 8:00 am that a plumber would be over in 30 mins, two arrived in time and repaired my hot water heater and were done by 9:00 am. I was relived that I was going to be without hot water the long weekend. Again they came to my rescue in a timely and professional manner.

I recently needed a water heater replacement in my apartment and so I gave them a call. Minh was happy to give me an estimate. He had to contact my landlord in order to go on with the process (as per policy). After following through, he gave me a good price and was very quick! Very professional and nice :) highly recommend!

Complete unprofessional people. The owner is very rude and short tempered, he will hang up the phone on you if you have a problem.
They charge me $350to clear ONE sewer line, the next day it backed up again and they come and wanted to charge me additional $400 to clear that sewer line but from the garage, which they should have done in first place. I had to call another company and paid only $175 in the middle of the weekend to complete that job.
Do yourself a favor, choose any other rooter but this one..

If I can give a negative star, I would. They arrived on time but after that, it all went down hill. They start by demanding who the house owner was and barked that he doesn't start a job unless we talk price. He didn't care to see where the water was leaking and barked at my elderly parents in both English and Chinese. When my dad was trying to show him some pictures of our water leak, he was dismissive, condescending and loud. I'm a very narcissistic tone, he yelled at my 76 yr old dad that he was the professional and uses cameras, etc. Then out of the blue, he says that we had too many ""leaders"" and just left without saying anything to us. He is in Chinese newspapers and has ads on Chinese channels. Don't waste your time to be treated rudely.

We have a 100+ year old house in the sunset and had never deal with a plumber before.
Our upstairs bathroom sink has had slow drain for as long as we moved here and this mornings was completely plugged. I tried to use the plunger and only made it worse. There was also water coming down from our downstair ceiling. It was a total "" oh shit"" moment.
We called our neighbor who seems to know a couple of reliable handy men and he gave us these guys number. They were able to come within a few hours.
They were very professional. I told them about the problem and it turned out to be an easy fix. The main guy even joked that it was such an easy fix, I didnt need him. They were able to fix my nasty plugged drain in 10 minutes. Tested it and done.

I'm so happy that they are the first plumber I call.

Wow, where do I begin. My advice for those seeking this company is to stay away. They're unprofessional, rude and a total rip off! You'll find better customer service and price elsewhere. A total disappointment!!!

Unprofessional & rude in customer relations! After clearing a blockage at one location of a commercial building, one of the other tenant found their plumbing blocked. When the affected tenant called All Rooter to come back to investigate the possibility that his work caused the blockage due to debris from the initial work... the tenant was met with rudeness and a resistance to consider a followup examination.

Fortunately, the affected tenant knew another plumber who immediately took the time (between another current job) to investigate, snake & clear that blockage. The problem was identified as debris from the first plumber's work... the debris backed-up and blocked a connected exit pipe!

Being a knowledgable plumber is important... but having the right attitude and acting professionally is just as important! It's always better to work with someone with the right attitude & a willingness to resolve a problem!

Bad service, unreasonable charges, problems still not fixed after following their recommendation and gave them the job. No warranty to their job though it's written on the invoice as 90-day warranty. All kind of excuses to the unsolved problems and refused to come out to fix it without additional charges. Bad experience with the owner. No professional service at all.

We had a serious sewage backup in our apartment building. We called All Rooter & Plumbing Needs. Minh and his crew came out on the same day. They quickly diagnosed the problem by using an X-ray camera in conjunction with hydro-cleaning from the street as well as from inside the garage. They replaced a corroded and broken 8' long cast iron pipe by cutting into the concrete in the garage. Minh was very good in explaining the steps and actions taken to resolve our sewage problem. His crew (about 5 people) was very efficient, hard-working, and well-coordinated in doing the job. My wife and I are very satisfied with their performance and would highly recommend them.
