I'd give 10 stars to Bert and his team if the site allowed. After I discovered a leaky kitchen faucet Friday morning, Bert showed up promptly and went above and beyond to repair the issue and save me from buying a new faucet. He meticulously took the entire faucet apart, checked every piece, and then ran out to get the needed part. Pricing was more than fair and I am thrilled to have a go-to plumber here in Chicago moving forward. Thanks to All Rooter for saving me here!

Great choice! I called All-rooter & Plumbing mainly because of their reviews. I left a message and they called back within the hour. They gave me a time slot of 5-6pm and they showed up an hour early. When does that happen?? anyway. We went over the cost of unclogging the toilet and rodding out the main sewer line, fair prices...Bert was also able to answer a few additional questions and provided some estimates. Definetely recommend Bert and his helper, they were quick and courteous.

Bert and his assistant came to our apartment building and was able to remove a clogged kitchen drain. Bert was diligent, professional and great to work with. A previous company came out to our building with 5 different techs and was still unable to clear out the clogged drain.

I could not recommend Bert enough, and wish we had called him initially.

Our kitchen drain was clogged and garbage disposal broke on a Friday night. I called All at 9:30 on a Saturday morning and Bert was able to come out shortly after. He arrived quickly, was friendly and fixed all issues speedily. He even cleaned out under our sink when he was done. All in all, great experience and highly recommended!

We were having significant issues with a stubborn shower drain.. the water would drain but did so extremely slowly! Bert was very punctual for the free estimate. He took his time and listened to all our concerns before doing a VERY thorough inspection. Though we got several estimates, we decided to go with Bert because he was very professional and knowledgeable, and did not seem rushed. He brought in the rooter and camera and was able to fix our problem in no time! The drain works like new! Highly recommend Bert and his company!

We have had constant problems with water seeping through the basement wall since we moved in 2 years ago and went through several opinions on what to do before going immediately with Bert's.
He was very thorough, honest, and communicative during the estimate and was able to start work on our huge project immediately. The cost was either similar to or less than the other estimates, and he was very cooperative with the basement waterproofing team that we hired to do external wall encapsulation while the side of the house was dug up for Bert to replace the pipes. He also was a good advocate with the City inspector when he found a problem that the City needed to fix with some pipes.
He is kind, professional, and honest, and when pouring the sidewalk back at the end of the project even made sure my request to have my 2 year old leave a handprint in the wet cement was done. Without hesitation I highly recommend Bert and All Rooter.

Within 30 minutes of contacting All-Rooter regarding a clogged toilet, my call was returned first by Juan and then Bert. When Bert arrived, he not only checked my immediate concern, but explained, in simple terms, more about how my plumbing system worked than I had ever known as a 5+ year homeowner. His price was much more reasonable than the others I contacted regarding the same problem, and he was able to do the job immediately. Great work!

Contacting Bert is the best decision I've made in a long time! I recently purchased an older home that had some rusted out pipes and clogged drains. Another plumber came and told me I basically had to knock down all existing walls and bathroom tile in order for him to resolve my issues. I wanted a second opinion so I contacted Bert. Bert was able to replace an old drum trap, snake my pipes and fix all of my issues WITHOUT damaging a single wall or piece of tile. He is also very friendly, polite and clean. I am seriously amazed at the work he did for me. Don't bother calling anyone else.
