Service was easy to schedule via Yelp. A bit of a delay with arrival but I understand it is very busy time at the moment. Quote was provided during the visit to assess the problem with my bathtub drain. Professional and courteous service was provided during the same visit. Clean work, fair pricing. We had clogged drain tiles in the back of a storefront. After calling a host of plumbers, only a handful can do this type of work. All Rooter was able to do this work, they were very quick to answer my call, and they were very communicative with updates. Between the initial first inquiry to the date of work was less than a week (and considering how busy plumbers are during the pandemic, that's like an hour in dog years). Their estimate was also very reasonable when compared to the other estimates, and I would strongly consider using them for any residential work as well. Thanks Rooter for making a usually tedious task very painless.

Bert came quickly and worked his butt off and didn't stop even when snow flurries came. He was reasonably priced and fair. He unclogged bathroom sink, outside main line/clean out and replace our pipes.

I had a long time issue in my condo with gurgling noise in my kitchen sink with occasional drain water back up. A previous plumber rodded and hydrojetted the line with no improvement. ...Bert was able to use a camera to help identify the blockage. He was very thorough in his work rodding the line multiple times with different heads. He also verified his work with the camera. He definitely took his time to make sure that the problem was fixed. I will definitely use Bert again for any future plumbing issues.

We had a major sewer line break. We got a ridiculously high quote from another service that was taking advantage of our situation, but Bert was able to come in with a solution with a fair price. We discovered that we had a water main break as well and had to bring in a licensed plumber to fix this. Bert and his guy cooperated well with our plumber to get everything solved.
